"Wohnung ist soweit bewohnbar. Mehrere Renovierungen bzw. Instandhaltungen müssen durchgeführt werden. Zb. Klodeckel fehlte. Sehr schlecht mit Kinder. Sehr drisst gehalten ohne Farbe Bilder aber ok. Wohnung ist sehr sauber ohne Mängel. Kontakt zum Vermieter nur telefonisch doch jeder Zeit erreichbar. ..."
