Fun Place
The house was exactly what we were looking for. Space, some outdoor activities and quiet. There were plenty of beds, water pressure was good and the house was clean. Ceiling fans in the rooms to help with the heat. We had problems the whole time of getting into the house-the keypad needed batteries or something. We were locked out for several hours which was not comfortable in the heat. The maintenance man came and broke in the back door to let us in.

Perfect for our stay
We cane to attend our niece's wedding. The property was as expected with an added bonus of a decently tuned piano. This was a plus as our daughters were asked to perform during the wedding. It gave them a chance to practice a few more times. The only quirky things were lights switches not where you would expect them and the lack of kitchen linens (we took from the bathroom). Other than that, all was good.

Family Get Together for Wedding
Our stay was ahhhmazin'!! Grandparents, parents, siblings and cousins (a couple meeting for the first time). We were all very happy and comfortable w/Zip Line VRBO.Owners and on site manager were all quick to answer questions about the home and area. The home was beyond our expectations and we loved the layout of the spacious home, the quietness of the location, the wooded areas and pond, (where our grandson caught a perch and nice bass). Everything we needed was provided, including a Steamer, Iron and ironing board, 12 c coffeepot and Keurig w/a nice selection of coffee!! Kitchen was very nicely stocked w/dishes, glassware, cookware and appliances.The game room was pictured different on the website, but suited us much better w/a trundle bed instead of a futon and a couch instead of a foosball table. Very comfortable beds and lots of very nice pillows and blankets. Big TVs in all the rooms. All in all we were very comfortable and happy there!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thx for a wonderful stay!!

Great place for Families
This place is very nice. Very clean. Lots of room. The beds are very comfortable. Outdoors is wonderful if the weather is nice. Nice fire pit to sit around outside. Pots and pans in the kitchen are very old so you might want to bring your own. We would definitely stay again.

SFA Homecoming 2023
Great house. Very clean. Fire pit, grill, corn hole, volleyball net (ball?). I booked this property due to the outdoor amenities and space, but our busy schedule did not allow time to take advantage of these amenities. Only problem was I am not a DirecTV user and there were no instructions in the house. I think there was a phone number on the remote, but didn't want to disturb anybody late in the evening. Written instructions in the house would be helpful. Also written check-out instructions rather than searching phone for the email. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful trip. Exaclty as pictured
We had a wonderful stay at Zip Inn. It was exactly as pictured. The pictures did not disappoint. It was very clean, and we enjoyed hiking the trails, and finding the ponds. We also enjoyed the fire pit. The house was very roomy and perfect for us. I had questions prior to the stay, and the hosts answered every time I sent a message. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing space
This was an amazing property! One of the highlights was getting to fish in the ponds! We will definitely rent again when we are back that way! Owners and property manager went out of their way to make us comfortable! Grateful!

Family visit
It was a nice place for a family to stay! It has a small game room with a ping pong table and a huge tv in the game room! There is a basketball goal outside with basketballs, a small swing set, and a fire pit. It would be ideal for a fall visit! We were there the end of July so it was too hot for the outside! There is a nice big front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy! The area is quiet but not too far from town! Easy check in/check out! Has a cabin/lodge feel to it!

Great place for a family gathering
My immediate family stayed at Zip Inn, but we hosted an extended family gathering one afternoon/evening during our stay and it worked out perfectly. Volleyball net, multiple picnic tables, small ping pong table, corn hole, a pond, and plenty of space both inside and out to accommodate the family picnic. Great place!

Very Unsafe and Disappointing
Safety - The indoor stairs are VERY dangerous. The carpet is not tacked down and it slides off the wood below. I slipped one time because the carpet slid, wrenching my back. We greatly minimized our trips up and down the stairs, and when we did have to walk on them, we had to face the wall, hold tightly to the railing, and place our feet carefully at a sideways angle. Adding to the danger is that the steps are of unequal depth and height in some places. There should also be a handrail installed at the steps that go from the house to the back yard. Cleanliness/As advertised- In general, the home appears to be poorly maintained. Some of the linens are too well-worn, and some towels/bathroom floor mat were stained. The insides of the cabinets were too dirty to place our personal items in. Miscellaneous junk was scattered on the steps at the rear of the home. The tiny couch in one bedroom is very badly stained, and the couch/hide-a-bed in that room is filthy. We could not use either. The futon in the game room is not suitable for an adult-sized person. Three members of our family were so displeased with the overall conditions and facilities for sleeping that they left and rented hotel rooms in town. The ping-pong table and foosball game are under-sized and in poor condition. Communication - On the afternoon of our arrival, I called to let the host, Larry, know the time we expected to arrive. He was confused and seemed not to be expecting us. After considerable time, he found our reservation. I told him that we would have 10 people instead of 9 and asked him to send an invoice for the extra $20 that would be due. I did receive an invoice, but the amount shown was for the entire $600+ amount, not just the $20 that was due. I sent a message explaining the problem and asked for a revised statement. It has been two days and I still have not received a reply. Our family has stayed in many B and Bs and have always had a great experience. This stay, however, gave us great concern for our safety and the condition of the home was far below the standards we expected.
