Cute, well-maintained property that was in a great location to restaurants, the dunes and the beach. My children especially enjoyed the community pool which was beautiful right on the sound. James was very communicative and easy to work with. We had a great stay here

The home is clean, well maintained, and the property managers have excellent communication and response time. The only downside to our stay was that there was a large crack in the ceiling in one of the rooms and the superficial part of the ceiling was hanging down which led us not to use that room much. They did send maintenance in the next day to and secure the part hanging down, but it was a bit of an inconvenience to deal with coordinating that while on vacation. Overall the property was comfortable with great amenities.

Very nice home

Communication with owner was above average. Had issues in home that did not hinder our time there but he needed to be aware of. Next door neighbors were bunch of college age young adults acting like college age young adults, not necessarily appropriate having a 15 yr old girl and a 6 yr old girl in my group, but you can’t control your neighbors activities. Home is nicely furnished. Kitchen well equipped. Easy access. Maybe not as close to beach as I hoped and community pool requires fees to access.

Family Getaway

Very quiet stay and close to the beach. Great neighborhood to walk your dog. Hoise was clean and spacious enough to gather to eat and interact. Would stay here again.

A well organized house

Very clean and very well organized. There were a few little things like the blinds in the dining room appeared to be broken but am assuming could have been fixed...I was just afraid to fool with them.

Great little getaway

The cottage is super cute and had everything we needed. We were in Nags Head for a much needed girls trip. The location of the cottage was within a five minute drive to all the places we wanted to go. We would definitely come back if the opportunity arises.

Family fun week

Welcome beach vacation with access to a community pool where it kids made friends and swam every day. My son loved the arcade cabinet in his room. Easy drive to the beach to take beach gear, but close enough to run over for a morning run on the beach.

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay

The house is beautiful! Awesome, natural lighting. Everything was clean and ready for guests to just enjoy their time! We felt like we were right at home the second we walked in. I gave the location five stars because the host keeps his place looking great but the surrounding neighborhoods leave a little to be desired. No fault to the property owner. Lots to do in the area, beach was super close by and great restaurants! Highly recommend Blue Moon. Service was stellar, food was awesome! We can't wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect spot for our family vacation!

We had a great time at this beautiful home! So glad we picked Nags Head - so close to everything (food, beaches, parks, shopping) but also felt more residential than some other areas. Big deck outside was great, beach chairs were hanging in the car port, air conditioning was strong, beds were comfy, and the house was lovely, clean, and adorable. Don’t worry about not having walkout beach access - there are tons of parking lots (free!) within a few minute drive in either direction! Thank you for hosting our family’s OBX vacation!

Great Location

House was in a great location with Blue Moon restaurant around the corner and beach access about 17 minute walk with parking across the street. It was nice to have the beach chairs, bring beach towels. Only negative was that a couple issues in the master bedroom didn't get resolved during the stay - ceiling fan did not work and no hot water in the bathroom sink.

cozy Nags Head

Property was clean and neat. Cute decor. Loved the kitchen and quiet eating kitchen table area with lovely view. Great neighborhood, quiet and no street lights for star gazing. Great space, we all agreed we would return there. Thanks to our host, James!

Just like home

My family stayes in this house for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. Nice and clean. We love the duning area on the sunporch. If you want to spend quality time with your family making memories, this is the house for you.

Annual Girlfriend Getaway

The property was perfect for our getaway. There were four of us with plenty of space for sleeping and showering. The house had everything we needed, and was decorated so cute. We would definitely stay here again.
