The unit is the perfect size for 2, 3, or 4 people. It is pleasantly decorated and very clean. The bathroom is small, which did not bother us (the shower is very clean and roomy, the other fixtures are just very close together), but might be an issue for some. The kitchen has all the essentials. The location is great -- we were able to walk to lots of places, and the beach is just across the street, another easy walk. The owners/management are responsive and pleasant. We would come back.

Peaceful
We came after Labor Day. The owner was fantastic and communicated with me before, during and after our stay. Easy check in and out. I love that I did not have to bring bedding or towels. The restaurant behind us is perfect for breakfast every day which made me absolutely lazy and happy to not have to cook for myself. Delicious too. I will be back at this home again.

Great Vrbo in Nags Head, NC
We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Nags Head. This is a small unit that was perfect for three adults (a single and a married couple). The owner Patrick and his family went out of their way to make our vacation comfortable and memorable. The next time I go to the Nags Head area I will try to obtain my lodging at Patrick's Vrbo. Thanks! AAAAA+++++

This a good location and a good value. The proximity to the road made it a bit noisy at times, but not a big negative. Overall, the property was well appointed and we would stay there again.

Great location, beautiful apartment
Beautifully decorated spacious apartment with front porch where we could see the ocean and back porch for afternoon sunning and sunset watch. Comfortable queen beds, fully equipped kitchen. We were in town for the skimboard competition at Jeannette’s Pier so within walking distance. Washer and dryer available but you need to bring quarters ($2 per load). Would definitely stay here again.

FABULOUS!!!
Patrick was GREAT to work with a VERY responsive. We LOVED the location (across the road and over the dunes to the beach). This is a perfect cottage for us and our little one. Hoping we can be repeat vacationers to this spot. Another family was in the cottage beside us and we never heard them or they us from our units. We had great chats from our balconies. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Misleading
We were there for two nights because we had no place to go. We found a place that was available, checked it out and moved there for the remainder of our stay. This property should not even be listed under VRBO. The bathroom is so tiny that it is barely usable. An attempt was made to restore this property into a rental but is a failure. Bedroom furnishings appear to be roadside pickups. Manager refused to refund any of our money.

This is a great property in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and spacious enough for 2 couples or a small family. Patrick was a great host and his family’s restaurant (behind the property) was also great.

Wonderful Getaway
Perfect for couples or small families! Love the beach decor, beds are very comfortable, highly recommend staying here. This was my second trip and I plan to come back in the spring. Love staying here, everyone is so nice. Safe place in friendly neighborhood. Delicious restaurant next door serves breakfast and dinner, food is awesome! Can't say enough good things about property and owners. Patrick and his family are wonderful hosts!

Nice Cottage
Nice cottage a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed our time there. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. The bathroom was very small, but the walk-in shower was a nice size. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck. The family owned restaurant, the Dunes, was delicious and a short walk across the parking lot.

Great location
Our family had a great stay - host was very attentive to any needs we had and very hospitable. The cottage is a duplex but very quiet never even heard the other guests staying right next door. Decor was tasteful and beach themed just as captured in photos and very comfortable. Felt like home away from home. Lots of great local restaurants nearby (our favorite was the Dune’s) which we could walk to for breakfast and dinner. Back porch provides great view of sunset or short walk / drive to park across 158 for a view over the sound. Beach was amazing and was a 2 minute walk each morning. Best sunrise I have seen in my entire life. Missing it already and we plan to come back. Thank you to Patrick and family for a wonderful visit to NC.
