"Clean comfortable room with a view of the seafront, facilities were basic but perfectly functional - we didn’t eat at the hotel - there were many available restaurants available in Llandudno - we had a good stay and I would certainly stay again 😊"

"I rated all the things I liked.....only one small issue....a slightly off putting shower...it was one with a fitting to each tap..hot/cold over a bath....but due to a panel being fixed half way along the bath you had to be under it to gauge the water temparature.... needless to say I gave it a miss..... they need to install an electric shower maybe?"

Breakfast selection plentiful and hot, evening meals superb & well priced. "This is a fabulous little hotel and we were delighted with our three night stay. James and Amy are wonderful hosts who put their heart and soul into their place and nothing is too much trouble. Our room had plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. The common areas were lovely, and the breakfast was great. An easy 20 to 30 minute stroll to town, or short drive, so a great base for all that this region has to offer."
