"I booked this place knowing little other than it was close enough to Cardiff for us to stay after the Bruce Springsteen concert. "DO NOT STAY HERE. It is not in a safe neighborhood. As you open the first door you can hear the noise from the other “apartments”. The apartment is in the second floor. NO LIFTS available. The stairs are steep and not wide enough to bring up any large suitcases. The description of the property does not mention any stairs. The rooms are TINY and the “apartment” smells like mold. No laundry washer/dryer IN the apartment. The original payment does not include the 45 POUNDS you have to pay for...

"Literally booked this the day before we arrived, found it easily enough, completely off the beaten track, lovely and quiet, really lovely little place, ample big enough for a family, plenty to do in the area. 20 mins or so from Caerphilly and Cardiff, plenty of places to eat or shop, just had a really nice time. Cut short by some issues at home but we'll definitely be back for longer next time. Thanks for accomodating us."
