Our time in Nantucket was spectacular! This property was not! Borders on false advertising! Cigarette butts all over front yard, dog feces left in bag in yard, broken coffee maker, no shades or ripped shades on windows, filthy windows and sills, rug horrible condition. Mouse ran over sister while sleeping. It was insane! No window leading to cellar. Filthy coolers, and hammock. Exuberant amount of money for cleaning fees and rental. It was shocking and disgraceful!

We are a family of 6 including 4 children. We have been coming to Nantucket for more than 20 years. The house was perfectly adequate and in great location to town . It is at a busy corner but one does not notice any of it when being inside. We took an Uber to jetties but one could have walked (30 min) . It’s a 10 minute walk to downtown and restaurants. House was very clean. Everything worked. There was enough space for a family of 6. We loved the outdoor shower. Communication with the hosts was easy.

This property is a standard rental. Lots of beds in small rooms and furniture that is fine. Nothing is fancy, but it all works. The location is the busiest intersection on the island but having a fenced in yard with puppies was amazing - even if the traffic was loud. My only real issues are with the absurd cleaning fees, poor communication with the property owner and check-in process. We paid a lot for a cleaning fee in the original booking and I cleaned when I arrived because the kitchen and bathroom were not what I would have called clean. Unfortunately - to even be allowed to check-in I had to sign an absurd lease saying there was an additional “security deposit" and had to pay an additional fee in "extra minimum cleaning fees" to be given access to the property. The place was not big enough to ever have to pay someone the amount i did to even deep clean it, and given I had to clean upon arrival - absurd to have to pay someone to not do it for the next renters. I said I could clean myself but was told I had to pay the extra or not be allowed to go - WHILE I WAS ON THE FERRY. The other issue was all this back and forth via messaging was basically incomprehensible. Incomplete sentences, spelling mistakes etc. Very challenging to understand the what and the why. When we did arrive for check-in we had not yet been sent instructions and had to wait outside for over 40 minutes before the property owner finally sent us the access codes. So frustrating after a long day of travel.

We had a very fun stay at this property. The house is cozy, but well equipped and plenty of beds. We spent most of our time in the outdoor yard, watching the activity at the 5-way intersection. Location is perfect, easy walk/bike/bus to downtown, beaches, Cisco Brewery, etc.

If you are planning a trip to nantucket, than I highly recommend that you stay at Bills house. It has everything that you could need for your trip; ample space, beautiful yard, grill, etc, but what really sets it apart is the incredible location of the house. It is easily walkable from town, and in close proximity to all of the shops and beautiful beaches. It also has a beautiful garden, and it has all of the amenities that you need in order to truly enjoy your trip. It also is able to sleep a lot of people, and everyone on our trip commented about how comfortable all of the beds were. On top of all of this, Bill is excellent to communicate and deal with. We were probably the biggest pain in the a*** guests of all time, calling Bill frequently etc, and he was incredibly nice all along, and did everything in his power possible to make sure that we enjoyed our trip. For that, I am incredibly grateful. I am sure that he will do the same for anyone else who books the property, and that is just another reason why I highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our large group. Our favorite part was the spacious yard and the outdoor shower was amazing! Bill was incredibly informative and helpful and always responded immediately! Such a quick walk to town - we walked to breakfast every morning, shopping in the afternoon, and to go out at night. Short ride to the beach. I definitely recommend this place to stay!

Accommodations were great for a group of girls looking for the true ACK experience! The outdoor picnic tables and lawn were where we spent most of our time! Another bonus: there is an outdoor shower which made getting ready easier with a bigger group. Downtown is walkable and so are a bunch of restaurants and the grocery store as well. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great house to stay in for our family and dog. The fenced in yard was great for the dog, as well as a the outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. The location was walking distance into town but was also a short walk to the Stop and Shop and our favorite breakfast spot Island Kitchen. I would highly recommend this house and we hope to stay here again next year. Bill was very responsive to all our questions and gave us a lot of great information.

My friends and I rented this house for Memorial Day Weekend on Nantucket (Figawi!) and it was absolutely perfect for us. We secured the house back in December, and I had multiple conversations with the owner throughout the winter and he was always so responsive and helpful. Not only did he answer any questions about the house, but also gave us great suggestions on how to spend our time on the island, where to dine, etc.The house is in one of the most desirable locations on the island, and we were able to walk to town, which is where the majority of the restaurants, shops, and bars are located. There are also plenty of beds in the house, so we all slept comfortably. We also enjoyed the outdoor area - it has a great lawn and tables to sit around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any other group interested in visiting Nantucket!
