Mother and Daughter stay in Napa

LOVE this house, highly recommend!
Do not hesitate to book this house…it was just perfect for 3 couples, updated, nice furniture, beds, linens, dishes etc.…everything was great and the house was immaculate, so clean, you can tell they really take care of the house in between guests! Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay in Napa!
Family girls trip to Napa and we were lucky to find this gem! We had an amazing stay! The Banks House was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. And did we say this home was an amazing find and all of us really felt at home. When visiting Napa again, this will definitely be the place I seek first for availability. Such a fantastic property
Great host and an incredible property! Banks House was even better than expected. All the amenities were there plus a lot of nice little touches made our stay a memorable one. The location was an easy walk to downtown Napa and I encourage anyone that stays there to have your morning coffee in the backyard and enjoy the scent of lavender and be surrounded by a lovely garden. 10/10.

Amazing Place in Excellent Location
Wonderful stay in Napa at beautifully restored home conveniently located on First Street - a short walk to downtown Napa but also well situated for driving to area vineyards. The accommodations were exceptional, well organized and comfortable. There is a wonderful outside area with a bocce court to enjoy. The owners communicate well and were a joy to interact with. This is a great place for travelers looking to have an A+ experience in Napa Valley

Really enjoyed our stay at the Banks House. Location was super convenient to downtown and highways making it easy to get to where we needed to be very quickly. The house has all the amenities needed and then some. The family had a great time and Elizabeth was spot on with all of the recommendations.

Wedding Weekend Home Away from Home
The Banks House is a wonderful property within walking distance of all that downtown Napa has to offer. Having three bathrooms was heavenly with our large group. The kitchen is well stocked which helped out when cooking breakfast for everyone. The downstairs suit also gave a bit of privacy for part of our group. Also took advantage of the laundry facilities so we all went home with clean clothes. First time that happened after a trip. Parking right out front also appreciated. Elizabeth is an amazing host with lots of recommendations for restaurants, wineries, etc.

Beautiful house with so many lovely details
I brought my mother and two other family members to Napa for a long weekend and this property was perfect for a girls' trip. Centrally located and close to downtown Napa (two members of our crew were too old to walk the .8 or so miles to downtown, but it would be walkable for most groups). Elizabeth, the hostess, was so helpful with Napa-area recommendations before our trip. The house is beautifully remodeled and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like a full, well-stocked coffee bar. We had a lovely time and I would recommend this property to anyone for a low-key stay in Napa.

Excellent location and squeaky clean!
The four of us stayed in this beautiful home for 5 nights and everything about it was 5 stars. The location is perfect, a quick drive to wineries and restaurants. The host sent us recommendations in the area which was very helpful. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil and appliance you could need. The beds were comfortable and the entire house was immaculate. Would love to stay here again on our next trip!

Everything You Need! Our stay at The Banks House was nothing short of amazing. The property was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From basic amenities like trash bags, seasoning, and laundry soap, to fun extras like a bocce court for family fun, they had it all covered.The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after exploring the local area. The location was absolutely perfect, allowing us to walk to all the great spots in downtown. Elizabeth,was exceptionally accommodating. She was always available to answer our questions and her list of recommendations for local attractions, cafe’ and dining was spot on. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It felt like a home away from home, and we look forward to booking again for our next visit. If you're considering a trip to the area, do yourself a favor and book The Banks House—you won't be disappointed!

Classy and Elegant Home— Six Stars
This home was by far the nicest VRBO (or Airb&b) I have stayed in. Beautifully designed and decorated, the home is immaculately clean— even the pillow shams had been washed and the chandelier dusted. The linens are high-count and comfortable. Additionally, the home had everything one could need. I have read reviews on VRBO that made the same claim— for this one, it’s true. The kitchen appliances are all high-end. There’s a wine refrigerator with complimentary bottles provided, an electric tea kettle with a wide selection of tea, two coffee makers with plenty of coffee provided, soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom, etc. The home is in a quiet location, yet is still an easy walk to downtown. Being comfortable and well-rested, our group — a reunion of women Army veterans—was able to enjoy a wonderful time together in Napa. Elizabeth is a wonderful host who provides a wealth of information.

The home was perfect for our girls trip to Napa for three nights. The location is great - just a short walk to town. This is not one of those cheap rentals with cheap decor, furniture and kitchenware - everything was very nice and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

50th Birthday Girls Getaway
The Bank House in Napa was the perfect place to celebrate our respective 50th birthdays with childhood friends! From the initial booking to check-out, our host Elizabeth was amazing every step of the way. She was attentively responsive to all of my questions. Her home was beautiful, immaculate, and meticulously well-appointed. She really had the traveler’s needs in mind. Prior to arrival, she sent wonderful recommendations for restaurants, vineyards, and happenings in downtown Napa. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect and convenient location to walk into town or drive to visit vineyards. We are looking forward to our return and would absolutely stay here again. Elizabeth was truly the best host and would highly recommended choosing the Banks House for a Napa visit!

Perfect girls' weekend getaway house
The Banks House is perfect in so many ways. As our group of college girlfriends said, "The house is so beautifully designed, furnished and appointed!" The kitchen had everything that we needed. Our favorite spot in the house was the butler's pantry. We loved the collection of stemware, cups and mugs and the coffee/tea station had everything we needed. Such a cute space. Everyone thought the beds were so comfortable. We appreciated that all the beds are king-sized. Love the extra thick bath towels. Everything felt so luxurious. On top of that, the location is perfect for strolling downtown to enjoy the many restaurants and shops as well as hopping into the car to go wine-tasting in the valley. If we didn't have so many things to do in the Napa area we would have been perfectly happy to just relax in the house all day/night. Thank you, Elizabeth for everything including sharing some of the goings-on in town! We will definitely be back again!

Perfect house, great location, awesome host.
My husband and I rented this house to celebrate some milestone birthdays with friends and we could not have been happier. Three couples and we all had our own room with the most comfortable KING SIZED beds and our own bathroom. It was incredibly well-stocked, more than any house we’ve rented. So many details! 1. Beautiful large kitchen perfect for hanging out while cooking dinner, which we did a couple nights. Definitely a perfect house for entertaining. Nothing was lacking! 2. Perfect location in the historic district with a short walk to center of Napa. 3. Beautiful and private courtyard in the back with a bocci ball court. So fun and we played most nights after dinner. 4. One of the best parts was the host checking in on us and making fantastic recommendations for things for us to do, many of which we did! And so much more. We are already planning to rent this house next time we come to Napa!

Lovely home and host
We loved this property. It was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The only slight downside is that the road it sits on is the main road going into Napa so it was a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. That being said, the short walk into town was perfect. We did make our reservations at several wineries in advance which I recommend doing. We enjoyed the Sky and Vine rooftop, and had fun playing trivia and ate yummy sandwiches at The Ox & Fox. Elizabeth gave some very helpful suggestions for Napa and wineries. We also enjoyed the town of Callistoga after a wonderful wine and food pairing at Davis Estates. We would absolutely stay here again. The Bocce ball and complimentary wine left by Elizabeth was a wonderful way to finish up our day as well.
