"My husband and I are both from Patterson. He passed away three years ago and I did this trip with a friend to take pics and visit place we hung out at. The house was awesome. Heather was a great host. I accidentally locked my self out and she helped me to get back in and she was on vacation!!:). I will stay here again in the future!! I would have loved to see some local art on the walls! I may just have to send her some of the pics we took!!!!"

"Great location for convenience of dining and shopping. Very close to the Expo. Cleanliness of bathrooms was not appropriate for a VRBO. There were stains on bedding and only fitted sheet (no flat) on master bed."

"The pictures of the place look cute. When we got there we were horrified! My family and I arrived to the property, and discovered the 3rd "bedroom" was a refinished garage without heat! It was 40 degrees that night. We also found mouse dropping in a different bedroom. We travel with pets so we had no other choice but to stay the night. We didn't arrive until after 9pm. When we woke the next morning there were cockroaches in the kitchen. We called the owner right away. He knew about the roaches...

"the home was everything i needed it to be and more. very spacious driveway for my friends and i cars to fit. the home itself was very clean and smelled amazing at first entry. i’ve never stayed in a rental that was so nice and also big thanks for allowing us to book so last minute! the owner gave me absolutely no issues whatsoever and the neighbors were very sweet people. I would book this house a million times more !"

"We stayed here for 2 nights after hurricane Francine and while we had no power the entire time, it was great. Justin and Alana are very responsive. We booked very close to our stay and had to make changes because of the hurricane and they did what they could to accommodate us. The location is convenient but not walkable, however we weren't expecting it to be. Everything worked out in the end!"
