La casa es impresionante, hermosa muy bien ubicada, excelentes condiciones, creo que en verano sera genial porque tiene un hermoso lago y muchas actividades que se pueden hacer. Nosotros vinimos en invierno y así todo la disfrutamos mucho.

Weekend Reunion
Great location with a tranquil view of the lake! Weekend reunion with college friends, house was clean, host communicated very well, unique decor in wonderful Spanish style home. Home had multiple living spaces indoor and outdoors. Would recommend for families as well.

This property is absolutely amazing. We had the most amazing time with our family. Fishing. Kayaking, canoeing, and fire pit in the evening. The outdoor kitchen is absolutely amazing. We had the most amazing experience.

Great Family Get Away
The family enjoyed our stay over the Labor Day weekend. Mark was a great host and communicated well throughout our stay. My teenagers loved having the kayaks and swimming in the lake. They also got a lot of use out of the Lilly Pad. The space, both indoors and outdoors, was great and very comfortable.

Great stay
All guy trip for my 50th birthday. Mark was outstanding host. We had a fabulous time. The only thing that happened during the trip was the boat rental. Mark came through with another rental boat. All i can say is thank you for such a great place to stay.

Had an A+ Nashville weekend and we hope to be back soon! The 2ft sandbar party was a blast and right in the backyard. But the tiki hut with the blackstone was our favorite part! Mark is great host!

family rental review week of July 15
We had a total of 10 family and friends stay for the week at this lake house and it fit us perfectly. House had lots of room and beds to accommodate all. Outside amenities were great for grilling and entertaining with great access to the lake. House is located on great cove which is close to sand bar where boaters love to hang out during the day. Everything you needed for the week was included in the house which made traveling 8 hours much lighter when packing. We would definitely stay here again if we travel to Nashville which was only about 30 minutes away from downtown. We definitely recommend this rental house. Thank you. Louie & Katie D

Great Location
This is a great property. The location is A+. The patio is large with lots of seating. The Blackstone was very convenient for breakfast and lunch. Mark was very accommodating and good communication through the whole process. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Lake Rental in Nashville TN -Great Experience!
If you are looking just to kick back & relax away from the big city, this is it! We stayed for 4 nights with 7-9 people coming and going for a family wedding. Rain or shine, this place delivers a fun experience.

Not a good value overall
The overall house had a nice layout and I'm sure it was nice at one time. However, when we arrived there was an odor and most of the home was not cleaned. The outdoor areas were equally in disrepair. The kayaks and other offered amenities were not as promised. Additionally, the host came by the property or texted almost every day we were there. He did fix the broken TV and provided the missing kayak paddle promptly. However, the most disappointing part of the stay was that the it was not possible to enter the lake from the property if you were not in a boat. We booked the location hoping that our children would be able to swim in the lake from the yard. However, the only way to swim was to go out in the boat. Not a good value overall.

Memorial Weekend Family Getaway
This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out. Ate dinner every night out the deck. We had a lot of fun cooking dinner in the Tiki Hut. Really enjoyed being able to rent Mark's pontoon boat. Mark was a great communicator and always responded quickly to texts/calls.

Lovely lake location
The home has a great view on the lake. Plenty of spaces to sit and visit with friends. Full kitchen for cooking at home. Easy to Uber to music venues. Good sleeping accommodations for a large group. Enjoyed sitting outside!!!

Awesome house and lake day
Spent the day on the lake which was awesome. Came back and played some yard games in the back yard in the nice grassy lawn with views of the lake. Spent the majority of the night at the awesome tiki hut with wrap around bar seating and flat top grill! Overall great experience!

BEST OF BOTH WORLDS!
We had a group of 11 stay at the property for our son's 21st Birthday! It was fabulous! From day 1, Mark was incredibly easy to get in touch with and often times would text me with extra information he had thought of. The house is large and the lake is INCREDIBLE!!!! We opted to spend 1/2 our time on the lake and 1/2 on Broadway. The drive to/from wasn't amazing, however, was easily accessible and worth it to have the extra "quiet-non Broadway" noise and lake view day after day. The pontoon was perfect and the lake has many marinas with food and coves to cruise through. Absolutely gorgeous! Mark was flexible when the weather was hard to anticipate allowing us flexibility with our boating days. The property was plenty large enough for the 11 of us, we spent most of our time on the back patio admiring the lake views, catching fish off the shoreline. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. A spot directly out front of the property (about 200 yards) is a spot they call, "2 foot" where alot of boaters gather to hang out in the 2 feet of water- particularly busy on Summer days we here. We saw a few gathering, mostly on Sunday, it was no bother to us at all, looked super fun! We highly recommend this property to both small and large groups. There were deer al over the lake and the land was simply peaceful. Definitely recommend the boat, huge bonus.

The owners were very helpful and accomodating to everything that we needed. This is an awesome home and makes you feel like you are in another country. Lots of cool places to hang out outside, loved the tiki hut, court yard and the porch.

The property is absolutely gorgeous with lots of things to do while you are there, not just at the house but around the area. The location is not too far from downtown so it made it super easy to get there. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking to stay in Nashville

Mark is great!
We stayed for my 40th birthday and we had a great time. The house was extremely nice and we enjoyed the pontoon boat. Mark was a great host, we hope to come back soon.
