Beautiful, but homeless encampment there
Loved the property and overall location, but, the homeless encampment across the street made us feel very unsafe. We could not walk along the river or even use the balcony. We won’t stay here again. Not the property owners fault so very unfortunate.

Beautiful Condo on the River in Music City
The condo was perfect for our girl’s weekend in Nashville. Great central location, nice amenities (with the exception of the coffee maker), super clean, parking garage access, and easy check in and out. Will be back!

Our stay at this location was perfect!! The proximity to amazing restaurants, Broadway, and the Ryman were all a short walk. The views of the River and bridges at night were beautiful.

Beautiful Condo
Able to walk everywhere and inside of building and surrounding area great! Each morning were woke by a barking small dog in building and/or the loading of scrap metal across the river. This was our only issue. Thank you.

This condo is beautiful! Can’t complain about the location either, it’s just a few minutes walk to broadway. The only thing you should know is there is a commuter train that passes weekdays and it’s loud, super loud. It’s right across the street. Wish we would have known. It definitely wakes you early, might think of it as a jump start to your day if you’re looking to get the most out of your trip! Great host with awesome response time!

Awesome Nashville get away
Place was awesome. Very clean. Very safe. We walked everyday to Broadway to listen to the bands. We are walkers, so the mile walk was easy, but if your not into walking might try an Uber.

Amazing Property
There was literally nothing we would’ve changed about this. Really cool condo overlooking the river. Proximity to everything. The pinewood restaurant just down the hill is amazing. Ate there four times in four days. (if you’re flying in from the airport and getting to the property too early to check in, go right to the Pinewood restaurant and they’ll hold your luggage and you can have an excellent meal and then walk up the hill to the property.) Very responsive management. It was me and my wife and another couple and we loved it. The swimming pool was really really beautiful. Seriously. Wouldn’t change anything.

Property and amenities were just as advertised. Pool was great and off street secure parking was great. Condo was also comfortable and a great location to downtown attractions. Only minus was the cleaning staff could have been more thorough. Pump soap stain on the bathroom mirror and floors could be cleaner. Overal was a great experience.

Perfect location
This condo is in the ideal location for Broadway or stadium events. Both walkable but we chose to use Uber and they were always just 2-3 minutes away. I will absolutely stay the next time I'm in Nashville.

40th birthday celebration in Nashville
We would stay here again we loved it! Great location about a 20 minute walk to broadway. The pool was an amazing feature. Place was clean and up to date. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Overall great place to stay!
