The location is NOT 5 min from Broadway as advertised. It is more than 2 miles with a lot of lights. Possibly, 10 to 15 min drive, but It is not walkable. Parking garages are your friend. Plugged toilet upon arrival, dog barking upstairs, $50 for air mattress but no sheets were provided so we did not use it (no refund provided), no water filter for Keurig coffee maker, lights blinked like a disco, we were short a towel, lights for overhead stove cooking were non-existent, and no book for reference (parking, trash, etc). While it is great for the person booking to have portal access, the others did not have that access so it is just problematic. We have all stayed in multiple VRBOs all over the country and never written a bad review. I suspect it is the management company Goodnight Stay that is the problem, so we will avoid them and ask a lot more questions moving forward. They requested video of the toilet not flushing, photos of the lights not working, the empty water filter for the coffee maker, what location the dog noise was coming from… I spent too much vacation time fixing their incompetence. I suspect you get the idea. Handyman that showed up eventually was pleasant and fixed the toilet and lights. Towel left at door were the corrections to the above.
