Very cute house, great location
Mike was very responsive and a great communicator. We had an issue and he came over and took care of it for us. The house is on the smaller side, but in a nice neighborhood. The primary bedroom is lovely and spacious.

Disappointed
1st the apartment is the basement. Not a separate unit. While the place is in a neighborhood, the place was not clean. Fridge and freezer has food in it. There was an issue with the master toilet it ran for 20 minutes then flushed... All night long. Mike did try to fix, but 4 days into our stay it was fixed. Location is easy access to almost everything. Owner needs a new cleaner. I was very disappointed.

Weekend with the Girls
I really liked this place. The host was very nice. He checked in with me to make sure i got in ok. He let me know where a couple of great restaurants were. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Great Place
The house was in a great location. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown. It was clean and the owner was very nice and communicated with us the entire time. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to Nashville.

Comfortable house, amazing host.
Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood, still close enough for ease of access to town and all sights nearby. Wonderful jacuzzi tub/shower in master bathroom. Very accommodating back deck for evenings with friends and family. Music memorable around the house adds a nice charm. Host Mike is an excellent host that’s very responsive to any of your needs. Highly recommended and would book again!!

As a musician, I was so stoked to notice the main room is music themed. I was blown away by the owners hospitality! He reached out to me several times directly and was easy to get along with! We would totally rent again

Great house for Nashville stay
This house was very spacious and we loved our stay. I used this house for a girls trip and the bathrooms gave more then enough room for 4 women to get ready. I would highly recommend this house to anyone needing a place to stay when visiting Nashville!

Owner lives in basement
While the house was nice and clean, it was uneasy knowing the person your renting from is living downstairs, with access to the entire house including there was a door on the main floor that led to the basement where he was. Very first night he mentions oops I forgot your coming in on Thursday, I will be working from home downstairs tomorrow. You can hear him talking on the phone, you could hear his laughter, the phone ring. It was unsettling to know if we can hear him, he can hear us. There was a car that would come and go every night and come back around 2am, not knowing where that person was going, but if he could be under us it just gave a spooky vibe. Thankful we were with our husbands but lesson learned, will not rent a house again that has a person living in the basement at the time of our rental. A thong found right on top of a box in the bedroom closet. Of course we start googling and read reviews, and many were saying the same thing. Kegal balls when you come in on the table, owner was living in basement, they all had scary vibes. It's definitely not a private rental and no shades, just see through curtains, so someone could be watching you 24/7. Upstairs bathroom no shades or curtains at all. Very uneasy feeling.

It was overall good.
We were kinda creeped out because there was some keegle balls on the living room table and we believe the owner was staying in the basement so it made a house full of women a little uneasy. There was also some of his clothes still in the closet. Overall, it was a great rental. The downstairs bathroom needed some updating, it looked dingy compared to the rest of the house.

Not a Single Family Home
Nice home and well maintained. We had a great time and enjoyed the master bedroom. Nice deck on the back with a fire pit for relaxing. I just happened to walk around the back of the house to find out that Mike (the owner) lives in the basement unit with access to our unit by way of the basement door inside our unit. So the rest of the trip while we are sleeping or out enjoying the town we are wondering if Mike is going to come up through the basement steps and have himself a sandwich or two. It would have been helpful to us if the listing stated that someone lives downstairs or that is was an apartment. We should not have had to find out this way. Very misleading listing!! Over all a nice home but this was creepy!!!

Great Nashville Weekend
The house was lovely and comfortable for 4 of us. The master bath was superb and so luxurious and the deck with fire pit was a great place to relax. Mike, the owner, was super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this charming cottage and neighborhood so close to everything in Nashville.

Excellent rental.
This was a great rental. Everything was very clean and exactly the way it was described in the description. It was a short drive to everything in Nashville. The owner was great to talk to and check in was simple. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a short or longer term stay in this area.

Nice House but Smelly
Check in process was easy. Property description did not tell renter that there is a cat living in the basement. Main house smelled terrible on the first day. We found an open can of cat food in the kitchen pantry. Removing the food and buying air fresheners helped mask the cat smell. House is nice but could use a deep cleaning. Neighborhood seemed safe. Lots of families walking their dogs.

Great spot
Master bed is complete upstairs which makes it nice for couples traveling together so they each have their own space. Master also has very nice shower and jacuzzi tub. Uber to downtown and broadway very easy.

Very spacious and in great neighborhood
This was my first time using Homeaway and I was very pleased! The neighborhood was great and when we walked into the house, we were so surprised at how spacious everything was and it was super modern. Super easy checkin and Mr. Appleman was very easy to get in contact with via call or text. He was also very friendly and helpful. The distance of the house from all Nashville attractions was great as well. You were able to drive anywhere in a matter of 5-10’minutes. We took an Uber a couple times as well the cost was also low. So distance wise, we all thought it was great. Also super surprised that Mr. Appleman bought an air mattress, which came in handy!!! Definitely would stay here again.
