Nice, quiet stay.
The home was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day exploring all that Nashville has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.

Business trip for convention
Stay was fine. House needs to be cleaned as the front door stoop is pretty dirty and there were a ton of spiders and webs. The spiders were nocturnal and only at night. Medium sized guys with big tan butts. I recommend Window Hero Franklin/Nashville as I am in the exterior cleaning industry in Pensacola, FL and you can trust them.

No internet or tv
We had internet for 2 days. It came a small rain and it went off. I called management and they were sending a maintenance person over but never showed up. The tv showed a WAN was unplugged. I called them again and they told me it was the weather. Nothing to do so sit with a 6 year old being bored because I was sick. They would have gotten a better rating had they been more responsive.

Quiet Neighorhood
It is completely run by a management company, so you can never talk to a real owner. The management company will not correspond with you through VRBO, as I sent two different messages and never got a response. Convenient to The Grand Ole Opry. It needed a good deep clean. Broken glass on the floor, which I stepped on barefooted and my brother-in-law stepped on a large staple barefooted as well. Dirty master bath sink upon arrival. Furnishings in family and dining are trendy, but not at all comfortable for spending time together. One kitchen towel was given and one bath towel per person for multiple days. Should have been given alternate sets to use while laundering. Had to watch TV on the laptop. There was no YouTube TV app on the TV to sign into our own account and they had it blocked so you couldn’t add it. If you aren’t going to be there much, maybe it would be ok. But, we wouldn’t choose to stay again. I am a VRBO owner as well and in my opinion was not acceptable.

Perfect home away from home.
This property offered an oasis for my parents and I when I came to Nashville for a conference. Deer visited the backyard during our stay. The beds were so comfortable. The sectional in the living room is rather small, and the main bathroom does not have a shower. But, the place was clean and the appliances were new. I loved feeling like part of the neighborhood, which was very quiet. Thanks!
