A nice home and convenient location for things to do on our Nashville itinerary.
We liked the home. Wood flooring throughout was nice. A couple comments however. Had to dodge the water running over the debris-filled gutters. Suggestion to dust under and behind beds and nightstands; Sweep down some spider webs. A deck chair is wobbly. Overall, a good place to stay, would book again.

Lovely Little Record House
My husband and I and two friends stayed at this quaint little house. Perfect location. Close to Broadway yet far enough away to be a bit quieter. It was reasonably priced and was what we expected. We really enjoyed our time in Nashville and the front porch swing at our house.

Great Nashville getaway
For those who are ambitious, downtown Nashville is within walking distance to this property. It is about a 20 min walk or a 5 min Uber ride. The house was cozy and has all amenities that we needed. Aside from a few dust bunnies, it was clean. I had no issues during my stay and would gladly stay again.

Adult concert weekend
We had a group of four that travelled from northern Indiana to attend a concert at Bridgestone Arena. This was a great place to stay for a fast Uber ride to so many of Nashville’s popular must see locations.

Convenient to downtown, quiet neighborhood
It was a little disconcerting to drive up and see sapling trees growing out of the gutters. The yard was not well maintained...lots of weeds. However, the house was clean and plenty of towels, but kitchen items were minimal at best. Fence gate was hard to open and close when putting our trash in the alley trash can. There were no checkout instructions on what to do with bedding, so we left the sheets on the bed. No instructions on how to work the TV although we figured it out.

Accommodation issues
Nashville Accommodation issues 1. Kitchen is grossly unequipped. There are barely any clean pots and pans. Utensils are scarce. My senior parents have food restrictions and they cant eat out much. Nor can we since we have few hours of work in the day 2. Not having enough warm blankets or extra linens at nite is a problem 3. No fans in any rooms at all. 4. TV is a disaster. The volume does not work. We can barely hear even at full volume. 5. No netflix, prime hulu , you tube - no additions at all 6. Wash basins are not cleaned from start of the day. Nothing to clean with too. 7. Dishwasher detergent holder is broken 8. Front door lock code does not work till keyed in at least times. 9. Water stagnates in the tub when using shower in the common bathroom 10. Master bathroom has a leak in the tub and the water floods the floor. It is a real nuisance to use the shower in that bathroom. Also i am pregnant so it is extremely risky for me to use that bathroom 1. It is not feasible for me to complete my long stay in these conditions so I have to leave here on friday if not earlier . I am hoping you refund me the amount for the remaining stay

Quiet neighborhood, spacious house
As we drove up to the property, the outside of the house was a little rough with gutters full of leaves and even things growing out of the gutters. The inside was completely different. It was very clean and spacious. We really appreciated the convenience items that were available such as coffee filters, laundry detergent, and paper towels. The large fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs. We liked the location as it was close to everything without being right in the city. We would recommend this house to others with furry friends.

Great Location!!
Fantastic location and lovely home. Very comfortable and clean. The only issue is the front door lock…it’s quite difficult to turn the deadbolt after entering the security code. Had to try multiple times each entry.

Great Location
The neighborhood/ location was great and very safe which was a concern following some burglaries in the Nashville area. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. There was a massive leak in the kitchen sink pipes, but the property manager was responsive and offered to come fix immediately. Downsides were that the towels were still damp when we arrived, as if there was not time for them to fully dry before our early checkin. There was also some mold on the shower curtains, and poor drainage in the shower. All things that can easily be improved/ fixed. Overall the stay was a great experience.

Musician's Haven Rocks!
This welcoming house is a gem. It has everything you need to feel right at home. Large kitchen and back deck are great hangout areas and the beds are super comfortable too. Short drive into the city with easy access to highways and the airport.

Dirty Sheets and Towels!
The sheets on ALL of the beds and the towels were dirty. Spots and hair on all of them. There was no mattress cover on the bed in the master bedroom. Just dirty sheets on the mattress. Major dust hanging off the cold air return. The pillows did not have covers, just pillowcases and the pillows smelled. Contacted the management company and received an immediate response. They offered to have the cleaning company come and make it right but what were they going to do, hang at the house and do laundry for hours? We declined because of that and we didn't trust it would be done right. There were "clean" sheets and towels rolled in balls in the closet. We didn't want those put on our beds. We spent 4 hours the first day doing laundry. The outdoor grill had no propane. Mngmt co offered to reimburse us for it but the grill was so filthy wouldn't have cooked on it anyway. It's a shame because the house, location and neighborhood were otherwise great. Mngmt co was very timely responding but the responses seemed "canned." We asked to be reimbursed our cleaning fee and received a generic response but no real answer. I can overlook things but dirty sheets and towels are disgusting and especially concerning with Covid. This is my 4th time using VRBO, first dealing with a mngmt company. I prefer working directly with a private owner. They care more about their guests. I made several attempts to work this out with the mngmt co and would not have given this bad review had I received satisfactory resolution.

Very easy
Everything was extremely easy, from check in to check out. Place was spotless. Showr curtains were really short so the floor kept getting soaked, but with a washer and dryer right around the corner, it was easy to clean them and not run out of linens. The neighborhood itself is in East Nashville and close to Nissan Stadium and all the action if downtown; the area itself was less nice than we expected, but there were no issues with neighbors or anything else. Fenced in yard if you have kids that like to play outside!

Great Location
Cute cottage in a nice neighborhood. Very clean. Nice deck to sit out. Only cons were that we wished that hangers were provided. Also, there was no Netflix, which most of our rentals in this price range have had. So we got DVDs and then the DVD player was broken. We decided to bake some muffins, and put them in the oven (which appeared new) and it never heated up higher than warm. Texted manager about those issues. Manager apologized about it and said they would look into the problem and fix it for the next guest. Website said early or late check out might be available, but it was not for our stay. The property needs blankets. Beds had very light bed quilts.

Nashville 21st birthday
Nice location, far enough out the chaos of downtown, but close enough to be there in little time. Quiet neighborhood. Having the 2 bathrooms was great, so all could get ready more quickly to get the day started. The only complaint we had was we couldnt get the WI-FI to work. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your location!
