Overall this property is great! The location is far enough to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Nashville but yet close enough for a $10 Uber ride. The property itself is in nice neighborhood. It's close to Vanderbilt, so there's a college vibe. Centennial Park is close, so take one of the e-scooters easily found near the property. It's a nice park to visit, especially the Parthenon. Also visit the bench that was dedicated to Taylor Swift.
As for the apartment, something to take into account for those that require quiet at all times is due to the style that the building is going for, there is no drywall/insulation on the ceiling, meaning that the wooden beams are exposed. You will hear the guests above you if they are heavy walkers or loud talkers, so noise is definitely there if it bothers you. We were fine with this and not a deal breaker for us. I personally like the aesthetics of the building which is in the style of an industrial feel. I like the fact that this property is gated with ample parking.
So all in all, this is an outstanding property to stay while visiting Nashville. We would definitely stay here again. Hopefully next time it'll be warmer to enjoy the pool and outdoor kitchen area.
And btw, there seems to be construction going on for a speakeasy bar in the basement. That will be a great addition to the property.
