4 stars for the property, 2 stars for visiting the Bahamas. This property is on a beautiful stretch of private beach, has a nice beachy esthetic and is located in a gated community. However there are very limited dining options in this area of the island so depending on the type of vacation you want this may not be the right property for you. If you like to stay on property and cook for yourself you will love this property.
My family of four stayed for 3 nights. We don’t really like cooking on vacation and like to experience local food as well as nice restaurants when we travel. There are very limited dining options in this part of the island and (just like everywhere that we visited in the Bahamas) the food is very expensive, subpar food quality and the service at restaurants is horrible. There is a restaurant and cafe on site but the prices are very high ($200USD for a very average dinner with no drinks; $80USD for breakfast sandwiches and coffee) and the service was very slow and borderline rude. Likewise at the grocery store, be prepared for very high prices ($10 for a dozen eggs, $8-$12 for a box of cereal, $8 for a gallon of milk) as basically all food is imported.

-Host is very responsive and communicates well
CONS:
-Lmited dining
-Unit was a little dingy in spots
-Located in a sketchy part of island near prison
