"The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again "

The beds were comfortable and it made a difference not having to pack towels and paper essentials. We also liked that the home was central to restaurants and little sight seeing drives for our ‘Senior’ family members. "

"The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. "We had a great stay at this perfect little apartment in the Arts District. The price was great, it was very clean, and we loved that it had a full kitchen and space to move around. It's just right for two people. One day we strolled down to the James River and walked across a suspended bridge. I'd definitely recommend that as a little adventure. We also enjoyed the fact that they have something called First Friday, where a bunch of the shops set up displays along the street on the first Friday...
