"There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. "

"It is as advertised. Room for 3. We got a 1st floor room with minimal view. They have 3 washers but they are busy all the time. Have a few appliances to cook food if needed. Would have appreciated small coffee pods since the grocery store nearby is closed on Sunday and closes early Saturday at 5. Also be prepared to take a bus to town for all activities."

"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"We had an overall lovely stay. The location is close to Lucerne, but car/bus not walking distance. Very spacious house, with 5.5 bedrooms (the 0.5 is one room with a bunk bed is attached to another one of the rooms) that could easily sleep 11 people - so it was very comfortable for our group of 6. The kitchen was also fairly well stocked (including oils and spices), which made cooking some meals easy. There was a toilet with a known clogging problem, but no plunger in the house. "Auf den Bildern sah die Unterkunft ok aus. Entweder waren die Bilder alt oder es war gut fotografiert. Dort angekommen war ich erstmal geschockt... Die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig. Zudem sehr abgewohnt und teilweise kaputt. Gegen alt habe ich nichts aber ganz sollte es schon sein. Schmutzige Töpfe, dreckige Schränke, in der Waschmaschine wollte ich auch nichts waschen... Die Umgebung war jetzt auch nicht das optimale. Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht aber werden sicher nicht wieder...

"Frau de Caro hat uns mit offenen Armen freundlich empfangen. Alles war bestens vorbereitet. Sie ist eine feinfühlige Gastgeberin. Das Wandergebiet bietet für jeden etwas passendes. Der Bahnhof der Liestal Bahn ist nur 5. Min. entfernt, so dass man auch ohne Auto die Umgebung entdecken kann. Eine Woche war jetzt nicht genug, der Appetit ist geweckt und wir werden wiederkommen."
