Great location and inviting property
This property was the perfect location for us to stay with the kids and grand babies. We had 6 of our adult kids, their significant others and two grand babies, age 5 and under a year old. At no time did we ever feel crowded and everyone had their own room. The kitchen is amazing, perfect for entertaining and had most if not all of the pots and pans and cooking utensils you need. The beds are pretty comfortable though we could have used a few more pillows and or blankets. That was a problem easily solved by a quick trip to Walmart (about 15 minutes away.The back patio was a great place to sit and drink coffee in the morning and watch the river and perfect for relaxing outside in the evening. Everyone had a great time and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The owner was great about communicating and very easy to deal with. I hope to stay here again in the very near future.

Location, Location, Location!
We had 3 days in this amazing house. Walking up to our boat docked right in front of the house was just awesome. The house is big and having 5 bedroom was perfect for the 8 of us. Loved the huge, newly remodeled kitchen. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful Home on the River w/ Great Owners
We enjoyed or stay to the fullest! House was clean, exactly how the description describes. The ice machine is a life saver. The owner is very easy to communicate with, very respectful of privacy as well as wants to ensure you enjoy your stay! We plan to come back and rent in the future and bring our kids next time as this is a very family friendly home! Neighbors are great, respectful and friendly. Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT choice!
We had an experience with this home! It was exactly how it was described, very clean, well stocked and a great location! We even met some of the neighbors who were terrific! The owner is amazing and willing to help any way possible. Check in/out was simple. Will definitely be returning!!

Great house right on the river. Clean, spacious
This was an awesome, clean & spacious house located right on the river. Great private dock for our boat & parking available in the garage. Loved that we didn’t have to go get ice daily since there’s an ice machine located right in the garage. (That’s a huge plus for us.). Owner is helpful and a great communicator. Answered quickly to all my questions & was willing to help out when necessary. Nice community/neighbors as well. Highly recommended for big families, groups.

Great house and location!
We’ve stayed at many different locations on the river and this house ticks all the boxes. We had plenty of room for two families and two boats on the private dock along with our pwc. The house had everything we needed and the ice machine was perfect. The house is in a nice community with everything close by. Nice deep water all day so no worries about launching and pulling your boat everyday. Jerry was very helpful in answering all questions promptly along with the check in/out process which was very easy. We’ll be back.

Great spot on the river!
Jerry was very accommodating. The house has everything you need and you couldn’t be on a better part of the river! We kept our boats in the water tied up to the dock and never had any issues. We highly recommend this vacation property.

A river rats paradise complete with dock and ice machine.
The house is great. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is perfect for large families or a group of friends. The dock is a huge perk as mooring your boat in Needles can be tough when the water level is high. My favorite part of the whole place is the industrial ice maker in the garage. We will definitely rent here again.

Large beautiful home stocked with everything we needed.
Our family met here for Thanksgiving. It was perfect. Large clean home, every bedroom had a bathroom. Right on the water, kids spent a lot of time fishing. The host was great, helpful and just a text away.

Perfect in every way! Don't miss out.
Wow! Had a great time on the Colorado River. The house is in a perfect location with the water level good for the boat all day. I used to stay down at Blythe and the water level was totally gone by late afternoon. Not here. The house is also super nice with room for 12 easily. There is also parking in the garage, across the street, down by the community pool and you can also leave the boat trailer at the marina. The house A/C kept the place perfect all day and night with it 118 outside. Don’t worry about brining any pots or pans the place is fully stocked and sheets & blankets are provided. Just bring your own beach towels and you are ready. For real cheap gas you can drive to the Walmart on the AZ side. We stayed four nights which was perfect. I wouldn’t want to stay less time. Pirate’s Cove and Topock Gorge are an easy and quick ride down the River and you don't want to miss Topock Gorge. I would highly recommend this house. We plan to come back next year.

Awesome riverfront home with dock and beach close by.
This riverfront home was so spacious and had all amenities needed for an awesome time. My family had an awesome time. The boat dock was easy access and the beach was very close to enjoy the river. The owner Is very helpful and his explanation is on point. I would recommend this property to all Boaters and non boaters that just want to get away from that busy city life. We'll be back again.

Great vacation!
The home turned out better than we expected. It was waterfront with your own dock, what else could you ask for? Working with Jerry was great, he answered all our questions and was very responsive. I can't say enough about this vacation home. The home was clean well-kept and had every amenity you needed. We will definitely be back.

THE FIRST THING WE NOTICED WAS THAT THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN. THE INDOOR/OUTDOOR SURROUND SOUND WAS A MAJOR PLUS! WE LOVED THAT EVERY ROOM HAD ITS OWN BATHROOM WITH PLENTY OF TOWELS/LINENS AND VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS!!! THE KITCHEN WAS FULLY STOCKED WITH COOKWARE, COOKING UTENSILS AND 2 COFFEE POTS (WE ARE COFFEE DRINKERS!!). THE DOCK WAS PREFECT FOR OUR 2 WAVE RUNNERS AND IT WAS A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH/SAND AREA. VERY CONVENIENT PARKING FOR TRUCK AND TRAILER. THANK YOU JERRY FOR OUR WONDERFUL FAMILY VACATION. FOR SURE WE'LL BE BACK!!!

Amazing!!
We stayed at Jerry's house for my daughter's birthday weekend. It was amazing!! Since the minute we opened the door we felt such a huge relaxation. Jerry had let me know that the A/C would be on for us and it was it felt so nice since we had a long drive. The house is huge we had space for our entire group of 12. It is a very private area with a nice beach area for the kiddos. Neighbors were friendly. Definitely would love to go back next summer!!! Thank you so much Jerry for making our stay so easy and comfortable!!!

Perfect Spot!
Stayed 8/3-8/7. Loved this place. Went with 4 families of 4, plenty of room in this beautiful house. The house was so clean and comfortable. Everything you need was provided. Plenty of space for everyone's grocery's. Having the boat dock for boats and sea doo made it so convenient. The beach was great. Had other friends who rented other houses a few doors down, and the beach was a great gathering spot. Can't forget the Ice Machine! What a luxury! Everyone is already talking about going back. The owner is very helpful with any questions you have, and responds very quickly. Thanks Jerry, for helping make my wife's 50th birthday weekend so perfect.

Amazing Family & Friends Vacation at the Perfect House
Jerry's home is truly amazing, it is so big and and there's a ton of room for everyone. We had so much fun while we were there. Fishing off the end of the dock was great and we caught quite a few fish from right there. There was plenty of room on the dock for our 2 big boats and our jet ski that we had brought with our group. Everyone enjoyed having their own full bathroom in their rooms, and we definitely used plenty of ice from the ice maker, it saved us a lot of money with that being there. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything needed to prepare meals. Jerry was a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions we had right away. Thank you again Jerry and we'll be back next year!

Great house, fantastic location!
Our large family vacationed here in March and had a great experience. The house was beautiful, with plenty of room for everyone to be together when we wanted, but to have our own space when we wanted as well. It was very well stocked with everything we might need. The kids loved being able to go out the door and be able to choose between playing on the dock, going to the sandy beach, or just having fun on the large patio. We brought our jet skis and felt very safe leaving them on the dock for our entire stay, making it so convenient to enjoy the river with them. We paddle boarded in the river as well, the water is so clear we could watch the fish swim. There were other watercraft, but the area never seemed congested, so it kind of felt like our own private stretch of water. The close proximity (easy walking distance) to the golf course and (short drive) to beautiful hiking trails in the dessert and Lake Havasu was a bonus. The neighbors we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Jerry was great to deal with as well, from the first inquiry until our vacation was over --answering our questions quickly, providing information about the area, getting us all the information we needed to access the house and garage, and even adjusting the air conditioning upstairs for us. We loved our time there and plan on staying here again!

Great Family Vacation in perfect property and location.
Great vacation in Needles ,Ca. We were extremely impressed with how BIG and clean the house was. It sits on the river... your back door is literally steps from the river ...the lighted private dock is perfect for all your boating, fishing and all water activity . Jerry is easy to work with and would answer any questions we had very quickly. The weather was nice, location peaceful, a five star vacation. Thank You for a great time... Planning on returning soon.
