"This house made our trip. It is absolutely gorgeous, clean, spacious, and has accounted for all of the details that a family of 5 could want. "Had a Check in issue bc the top was locked so i had to use the emergency alternate entry. The owner have very slow response. Their were baby roaches in the kitchen, hair all over the floor in the bathroom upstairs and the towels were extremely dirty which i washed again before use. Also didnt like the list of things that's required to be done upon departure, eventhough i complied, that's what i paid a cleaning fee for. "The bathroom was very obviously dirty. Found some trash laying around when we got there. And the water leaked out of the tank in the commode, so it wouldn’t flush! We had to find something to fill it up with from the water in the tub every time we needed to flush it! The rugs for the bathroom were left in the dryer so I didn’t have anything to step out onto the first time I took a shower. The bed did look clean. Was very thankful for that!"
