"Had a Check in issue bc the top was locked so i had to use the emergency alternate entry. The owner have very slow response. Their were baby roaches in the kitchen, hair all over the floor in the bathroom upstairs and the towels were extremely dirty which i washed again before use. Also didnt like the list of things that's required to be done upon departure, eventhough i complied, that's what i paid a cleaning fee for. "My group and I stayed here while in town for a bodybuilding competition and this property worked well for us. Plenty of room, had a pool for the teen age girls, close to a lot of stores and food. No issues and easy check in. Property management checked in via app to make sure everything was going well. "

"The bathroom was very obviously dirty. Found some trash laying around when we got there. And the water leaked out of the tank in the commode, so it wouldn’t flush! We had to find something to fill it up with from the water in the tub every time we needed to flush it! The rugs for the bathroom were left in the dryer so I didn’t have anything to step out onto the first time I took a shower. The bed did look clean. Was very thankful for that!"

"Overall the property is nice. It's a beautiful house in a great location. The pool and hot tub was nice with one exception. I had to contact the host each time we wanted to get into the hot tub. It was an inconveniences as it only stayed on for 30 minutes. There were some hours of delay to turn the hot tub jets but we made the best of it. There are some improvements needed. The hockey table, lounge chairs or grills was not available as pictured. Batteries were missing from the smoke detector...

"Home was very spacious and clean and equipped with what we needed. Owner was responsive and reached out to make sure we knew how to access. Added bonus, snacks! Only “negative” would be that the furniture was sparse if you’re planning to spend time in the house. Would stay again for sure."
