"The place was clean, beds comfy, ac worked great. Only one bath which would have been ok.. but the shower had no hot water and the drain was not sufficient in that shower water got on the floor. There is no private seating area…it’s out on the common area.. and the place was very quiet .. except when it was not with outside partiers coming in at night.. but that’s to be expected in the heart of a vibrant city! . If the bathroom was improved I would stay there again."

"This apartment is in an excellent location in Old San Juan. If you want to experience OSJ this is the place to stay. OSJ is old. The building is old. There is no elevator for your suitcases. "We had a great time! Ingrid was easy to communicate with and responded timely. The house was very clean & tidy. We were welcomed with a basket full of goodies. It was really nice to walk in & see that. We truly felt welcomed. :) The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walks in the morning. The privacy in the back yard & the pool was awesome. "Our stay at The Encanto was just that… A True Delight! Home is at the very beginning of the “suburbs” At first a bit confusing to find but once you find the Universidad & say 199… an Uber will find it asap… Was a little disappointed at not having a stove, so I had to budget the Uber Eats. But that Beautiful pool made up for it! Listening to the coqui every night and drinking my cafe every morning by the pool was my absolute favorite thing to do… Thank you!"

"I rented this place to visit OSJ and the spot was perfect for us as we were only there to sleep and drink some Medalla on the balcony. It's an old building so it is what it is. It's hot in OSJ but the 3 climatization units helped keep the place cool enough to sleep well. There was no wi-fi at the time of our visit.
