"I was stoked to be staying in the heart of Old San Juan, but unfortunately there was an issue with the apartment that required I be moved to a new location. The host was gracious in offering me an equally nice place to stay which was still pretty convenient to where I wanted to explore. Over all, it is unfortunate I couldn’t stay here, but if there is any problems, trust they will be resolved with integrity. "

"Commutation was important as all of Puerto Rico lost power. The owners did a great job keeping in touch. "Our stay was very good, the property was spotless and had fresh linens and towels for the bed and bath (not kitchen)There are stairs between the 3 levels but were easily navigated. The 5 cup drip coffee pot barely filled 3 coffee cups but for a group of 4 we just ran a second pot. The pool was nice, not heated but tollerable. Not busy at all.We had a very enjoyable stay, thank you!"

"The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and charming apartment, right in the heart of OSJ! Everything was exactly as described - and then some! There was coffee and creamer provided, lots of sunscreen and insect repellent - our hosts went over and above!Only two very minor things to mention - the key lock box is very difficult to open. "Great location. Home needs some upkeep but the pool and location were great. Home has antiquated appliances that mostly work as they should. Maintenance could be better on building ,exterior was decent. Interior was fairly clean but a good coat of paint is needed. Location is great, near the beach. No AC but plenty of fans."
