"An overnight stay out of school holidays so very quiet. A large well equipped unit. Friendly and helpful staff. Veranda with bush views and nice walks around the property. Close to town and the beach but the sign is hard to see in the dark. If are a light sleeper and leave the heating on, you may be woken by what sounds like a truck at 5:30 am. It is just the cooling unit right outside the bedroom window so remember to turn it off!"

"We loved our stay here. Property is older but is very clean and well appointed. Great for a family. So close to the water and the main street of town. Plenty of space and parking. We loved our stay. My only disappointment was the lack of a smart TV. Seems trivial, I know, but after a long day it’s nice to hotspot from your phone and sign into your own Netflix account. The tv was just a standard one and there was a dvd player but no dvds. "

"Very hard to access 5 keys and padlock Very basic accom noisy fridge dripping taps , leaky shower head saturating the bathroom floor over the curtain ( rail stain = long-standing issue .Mouldy shower curtain nothing supplied no linen and we were charged extra fees for pets then extra for cleaning and extra service fee !!! To add to the problems we found we were locked in and had a hard time getting out—no single key ingress / egress point, needed minimum 2 gate fiddle Suggest refund service...

"We visited with our fur family. Colleen was a great communicator and made us feel welcome without having even met her. The property was lovely and very comfortable. Everything you could need or want were provided for. We had a wonderful time at the dog beach daily that is easily accessible and close by. Location is great and a short drive to Merimbula. "I’ve never had a better holiday. I think about this location often and when I do I am calmed and only wish to go back. My dog also loved the location. In the day there is an endless exploration in fields with cows, at night there is the sound of night and nothing else. I cannot recommend this place enough. And this is excluding the fact they feed you, have a lovely home for one to live in. Just amazing!!"
