"What a great little house. It is super cute and beachy. It’s a really short walk to the beach and you can hear the ocean from bed which is nice. Speaking of which, the bed is really comfy and you can open the doors onto the patio to enjoy the cool evening air in the summer. "

"If you are considering renting this place, do it! The pictures and descriptions do not do it justice. It is absolutely stunning. Whoever renovated, it had an artistic eye. The interior is beautiful. Of course, its whole purpose is just to enable enjoyment of the beauty outside. The oversized sliding glass doors and plethora of other windows do a great job at that. "We greatly appreciate the five bedroom with its own bathroom, the accommodating long dining table, and the large kitchen. It’s too bad we did not get to enjoy the hot tub since it rained all day Friday. We used the kayaks, surfboards and brought our own row boat to enjoy the lake on Wednesday and Thursday. It’s great that even though the house was by the lake, the beach was five minutes a walk away. "

"My mom passed away earlier this year and my dad wanted to stay in your hotel for their 60th anniversary. They had stayed with you several times through the years. Depot Bay is their favorite place they had been. We got to stay in the same room that they stayed in, in 1970 at the age of 24. We really enjoyed going down memory lane at our stay. "

"We had a wonderful time and loved the house and beach. There was plenty of towels, cozy rooms, blankets and the windows opened to help a breeze come through on the hot days. One thing the shades in the master bedroom you can still see inside with the lights on. We loved the whole place. The sunsets were amazing! Thank you!"
