"The property is convenient to literally everything!! The pool was perfect and the room was comfortable. The golf cart was a very nice perk to go to breakfast and then to the beach. The host is great. It would be nice to be able to use the bathroom without "trapping" anyone else who is with you in either the bedroom or outside; however, it is not an issue if toilet privacy is not a huge deal. I did not pick on this from the pictures but it definitely would not have changed my mind about...

"Everything went well and the location was perfect. More amenities than you can think of were available. The view was spectacular; watching the sunrise from the window was a plus! I would stay there again. (If I had one complaint, the half bathroom is extremely small. I’m 5’7” 135 pounds and it felt a bit limited in the shower and using the toilet.)"

"The condo was amazing. It was clean and organized. The appliances were new and in great working condition. The pool was a minute walk from the front door. Two walkways to the beach were very close - 3 minute walk to the beach. The owner was easy to get in contact with and responded quickly. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"We absolutely adored this house and our stay. Even though we couldn’t see the water, we could hear it. The walk to the was a perfect distance and we really appreciated the outdoor shower. We were looking forward to using the bar seating under the house, but it was under construction, however we all enjoyed the seating under the house and watched movies. It rained every evening we were there, however, it was not a problem. We were 100% impressed by how well the house was stocked with toilet...

"I rented this property for one night prior to a carnival cruise out of Jaxport. This property was perfect. Its a quite neighborhood, easy access and location was great. Host was quick to respond to any needs we had.We got a good nights rest before a short 20min drive to the port on boarding day. "
