When we arrived it was dark and we struggled to get the key from the box. We are older and were stunned to find around 34 steep steps, which we had to carry two 23 kilo bags down.On entering the house there was no power or light. We tried to ring the tel.no given in Spain and the UK. No-one answered. Eventually my husband found the fuse box and sorted it out. That night I got locked in the main bedroom, as the door mechanism jammed, also the en suite toilet mechanism broke. Eventually, the door opened after much panic and banging on my part. The following day we tried to ring the Spanish number again and again no-one answered. So my husband managed to mend the toilet himself.Every day we had real problems getting the door open. As no-one bothered to answer the telephone we just carried on with various other issues, some quite concerning. The kettle was corroded underneath and leaked water, on one occasion outside, the end of the step collapsed under my husband and he fell, we couldn't open one of the metal doors out to the balcony and there was a disturbing smell in the main bathroom. The light kept going out whilst you were in the shower and my husband repeatedly banged his head on the shelf above the sink.Tiles on the inside steps were all broken, sharp and slipped about under foot. On the final day the taxi, booked by the agent, never turned up and we almost missed our flight. Overall a complete nightmare
