"As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. "Overall great place. Nice yard, comfortable couches, plenty of space. Upstairs rooms get hot during the hottest part of the summer. Back doors don't open. But overall our family loved staying there."
