"The swimming pool sold me on this property. I love to swim but my family burns easily. An indoor pool meant we didn’t have to worry about sunscreen. Lots of fun pool toys too! Rooms are Texas sized - lots of space and beautifully decorated. Not the generic rental vibe. The back two bedrooms have a living area including small refrigerator and microwave. Well equipped large kitchen- enough of everything for a large group. Owner noticed an issue before we arrived and quickly resolved it...

"The area where the house is located is beautiful. I suggest showing up during the day because if you have city people with you like I did, they might freak out not being able to see their surroundings. I personally was not scared and love how the secluded area is. also there is zero Wi-Fi or cell service inside the house but sitting on the porch I was able to get cell service. very clean I would definitely stay there again. Huge plus in my opinion was the water pressure in the shower!!"

"This home was 3 minutes from the baseball fields where my son was playing a tournament. It was very convenient! The inside of the house is beautiful and very open. We had 5 people staying there, but it could easily accommodate more without feeling cramped. The host was amazing! She was incredibly welcoming and easy to contact anytime we had questions. We would love to stay here again!"

"This house is the PERFECT place to stay for baseball tournament in Franklin!! We were here for my son’s tournament weekend. Very comfortable for our group of 6. It is 5 to 10 minutes to the ballpark. The house is precious, very well maintained, cold AC! Great communication with the host who accommodated all of our needs & always replied quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this lovely home:):) We will be back for future tourneys!"
