"We really enjoyed our stay, especially being right on the river and so close to all the fun in Gruene! The house is very well stocked, from the kitchen to the linens to the tubes and kayaks outdoors. Our kids spent hours and hours in the water. A couple things to note - while there were enough beds for our large group, the room with the bunk beds is not actually a private room, as it must be passed through to get to two of the other bedrooms. "This was a great house for a girlfriend’s getaway/reunion! We found all we needed for cooking (but bring your own foil & storage bags). I do wish the exterior photo was updated to reflect no trees around the home. We were hoping for some shade to sit under and enjoy a breeze. But over all was a great visit! "

"We loved being right on the river and within walking distance to downtown. The pool and hot tub were really nice. The condo was comfortable for sleeping, but the furniture in the common space was uncomfortable for just hanging out or dining as a group. Also, i was taller than the shower head in the back bathroom, and i'm 5'6". Overall, it worked out fine for just three nights."

"The cutest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at! The host thought of everything—from snacks to all the little details you might need during your stay. The house was spotless, in a perfect location, and truly felt like a home away from home. On top of that, the host was so thoughtful and even let us know about a nearby estate sale, which was such a fun addition to our trip. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the overall experience!"

"The place was clean and the beds are comfortable. Furniture has some wear which you want to make sure you disclose to property management or you get charged. From the pictures, we didn’t realize there was a steep slope to the river. Not friendly for seniors. And all bathrooms are tub/showers and two are soaker jacuzzi tubs so they were deep. Also, not friendly for seniors. Otherwise, it was a good rental with lots of room for everyone. And we enjoyed the Foosball table in the playroom. Great...

"We booked this location right after Labor Day, during the week. It was quiet, and we had the river mostly to ourselves. We chose this spot because of its proximity to Texas Tubes, our favorite place to drop in. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept. "We were in Gruene for the annual Wine and Music Festival and wanted a place that was within walking distance of Gruene Hall. This condo property was perfect! River frontage and an amazing park-like back yard with all the amenities. We didn't have time on this trip to use the outdoor amenities, but it's a wonderful property. The condo itself was perfectly appointed with everything we needed and looked like a model home. So spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay there...
