What a gem!
This quaint craftsman home was so nicely furnished, has great amenities and the perfect location. We loved everything about it. The owner is so thoughtful and very responsive - highly recommend !

One of the best
I’ve stayed in a lot of vrbo houses and this one was one of the best! The host has thought of EVERYTHING you might need for a good stay. We loved the house and it was in a wonderful spot. We walked to breakfast and the farmers market. The hideaway was behind the house which was neat to walk out to that and to hear the music, but some nights it was rather loud. She did provide sound machines and ear plugs that we used! The candle store across the road was also a wonderful spot, the kids made their own candles! It was a lovely stay, thank you!

Everything you can ask for and -immaculately clean and comfortable! Melissa is an excellent host and goes out of her way to accommodate any need. We I’ll definitely stay here again.

Birthday getaway
Everything about this house was perfect. My family and I took a road trip to New Braunfels for my birthday and stayed at this property. Communication with property manager was quick and friendly and my family could not stop commenting on how perfect everything was. The property has plenty of parking space and an excellent outdoor setup with bbq grill and seating area. The home furnishings and amenities made us all feel right at home. I would definitely come back and recommend without reservations.

Perfect location & Trendy Decor
We pretty much walked everywhere except the Float-In and even that was just a $10 uber ride. The decor is also SO freaking cute!! The backyard is cool too and you can hear the music from the bar/restaurant right behind it BUT somehow you can’t hear the music inside which was nice too. Melissa was easy to get ahold of and really nice. There are also some cool board games (like a vintage Backstreet Bots trivia game lol). We come to NB every last weekend in July and liked the house so much we asked to book for next year before we left. Highly recommend!

Nice little place in the perfect spot
This house was perfect for our stay. Great location that had small neighborhood feel but close to everything we needed/wanted. Sitting on the back patio at night and listening to the live bands from the restaurant behind us was the cherry on top.

This house is perfectly decorated. Every detail is so thought out. We we’re provided with coffee, Nespresso, snacks. She even knew we were teachers and left us a apple streusel from the local bakery. The house has a great back patio with plenty of shade and games. Location is close to everything you would want to do. I 100 recommend this house to everyone!!!

Dream Rental!
We were in New Braunfels for a family wedding and stayed in this beautifully renovated cottage. The furnishings are even more stylish than the photos can portray, the mattresses and pillows and linens were wonderfully comfortable, and the deck was delightful. And Melissa has thought of everything! There is a wireless speaker in the living room as well as one in the kitchen--both matching the decor. There are 3 ways to get your caffeine going in the morning--and a milk frother provided as well! Accessible charging plugs, more towels than we needed, fresh microwave popcorn bags and snacks, dishes appropriate for young children--the attention to detail for making our stay comfortable went above and beyond what I have ever experienced in any rental I have ever stayed in. Most impressive, though, was that the home is IMMACULATE. I have stayed in many rentals over the years, and I have NEVER stayed in one that was so clean. Not only were there no crumbs in the kitchen drawers or cabinets anywhere to be found, the utensils were beautifully arranged. The kitchenware looked brand new. The bathroom was spotless. All of this on top of a great location with an easy walk to Krause's, the town square, and an awesome local bakery. The icing on the cake was Melissa's message on the day of our departure wishing us safe travels and instructing us to simply head out. We did not have to worry with starting the cleaning process! THIS IS A DREAM RENTAL!

A weekend stay with an interior design friend for work and fun in the NB area. The house was well decorated, comfortable and had all the special touches to make us feel at home. Very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Very impressed with the quality of the renovations of the house and with the items in the kitchen. Most everything appeared to be brand-new. Many nice touches not found in other rentals. Walk out the back gate to the hideaway. Walk down the street to the beer hall. Very enjoyable thank you

PERFECT
Our stay was wonderful and exceeded any of our expectations! We were really impressed by all of the thoughtful touches throughout the house. We loved using the Nespresso and Keurig! We ❤️ coffee! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything, including a KitchenAid mixer. We used the grill to make s’mores! The decor was beautiful. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. The beds were perfectly comfortable and we slept well. We enjoyed the live music from the venue behind the house. Lots of close restaurants and fresh beers on tap. Recommend Bootleggers Pizza in walking distance. Yummy pizza and a place for kids to play out back and lots of local beers on tap. Also located close to the river and tubing. We really enjoyed Landa park with our kids! Highly recommend and we will stay again! Thank you Melissa!

Absolutely beautiful, and a thoughtful host
We enjoyed our time at this property. I was immediately wow’d by the decor and thoughtful touches, including a snack bowl, plenty of tea and coffee supplies and board games. The kitchen was well setup, we appreciated more than enough crockery so we weren’t having to wash dishes after every meal. Beds were very comfortable. Sitting in the garden playing giant jenga was bliss. The location was handy, only word of caution for the light sleepers is that the property has a popular outdoor bar directly behind, and a train line. Ear plugs were kindly provided if it bothers you! Overall a fantastic stay

Amazing home and property owner!
Wow!!! My friends and I have stayed in many VBROs for girls trips and this one was hands down the BEST! Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The most stocked kitchen and coffee bar ever. Pristinely clean. Melissa was very proactive in her communication and extremely prompt with responses to questions. This was a place we hope to return to! Outstanding!

Executive Retreat
My team and I spent the weekend here hashing out goals for the 2024 year and found this cute house that was quiet, charming and had tons of restarurants, wine bar, beer garden, antique shops and more all within walking distance. The host was so nice to add special unique touches to our stay. It was really a great experience. I will be back!

Beautiful home for our guests to stay
My daughter and her husband came to town with another couple to attend a baby shower. It was a wonderful place for them to stay. The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean and just enjoyable all the way around. Walking distance to several restaurants. They all told me how much they loved staying there. This is the second time we've had guests stay in this property and we refer to it as our "Guest House".

Fantastic getaway for girl’s weekend!
This house is incredible. No detail was spared in the remodel of this precious home. It was cozy and inviting with new appliances, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. The back yard is a fun place to relax and catch up. It is very close to all of the restaurants in town and tubing spots. The owners even left a cake to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We will definitely come back.
