"This beautiful cottage across the street from Hopelands Gardens was the perfect home base for members of our tennis team as we competed for the SC Tennis State Championship. Six of us had the best time at this incredibly well-equipped home with lots of room and comfy furniture on which to hang out. We brought home one trophy, and fell just short of another—we will definitely have to earn a trip to States next year so we can spend another wonderful weekend at Red Top Cottage."

"I just had a wonderful weekend with some dear friends. We hadn’t spent time together in way too many years. The goat house was perfect! We enjoyed our stay so much. Our host was communicative and took us to visit all the animals. We went to the bistro attached to the nature center and it was perfect. "The property and host are great. The property has plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing. Unfortunately, hurricane Helene interrupted our trip. The host was great in making sure we were safe and the house withstood the storm, and he went above and beyond to give us information about road closures and evacuation routes/timing. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Augusta. "

"We are older and travel occasionally with our two Boston Terriers so combine dog friendly with one level and convenient parking. This sweet cottage was all that. If I anything to not like it would probably be the height of the bed. It was low to the ground and a little harder for older folks to get out of but it was comfortable. Plenty of plugs available for phone, watches and cop machines in bedroom. Nice neighborhood, we walked the dogs and felt very safe. Would definitely consider staying...
