"The property is very well maintained. Amenities are great. I did get a chance to use the treadmill and it was a good experience. The email communication was great however it was a bit too much. Seems to be getting emails from two different sources (the management company and the owner perhaps?) with duplicated information. That should be simplified. I have many pictures to show paint peeling off of walls, old worn-out furniture, Beds without boxsprings, only old mattresses, and a yard you would not let a dog in. The yard was likely not cut or cared for for the entire summer. It was an awful experience. This provides an appalling reflection on VRBO, as who can trust what we, as consumers, are getting if this is represented as a luxury home rental? "
