"We decided to stay here to save on our Zion/Bryce trip. We rented a car from Vegas. It was about 2.5 hrs. to get to the rental. To Zion visitor center was just under an hour. Bryce was about 2 hrs. Those were long days but so worth it. The property is beautiful and surrounded by mountains, I wish we had more time to enjoy the property. "Zion’s Roost was a perfect cozy place to stay when we explored southern Utah. It was in the perfect location when we visited Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and the Candy Cliffs. The house was immaculate, perfectly stocked,and meticulously organized. Zion’s Roost completely met our needs on our vacation. David was a very gracious host who went out of his way to help us with the sites in Zion and other local attractions. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We absolutely LOVED our time in this VRBO right outside the entrance to Zion! We walked every day into the park! Quick access to the Zion NP shuttle! It was great to go do a hike and then come back and rest before going back to do another hike! It was a great short drive (1 hr along the beautiful scenic 12 to get to Kanab for a Coral Cliff's Peek-a-boo canyon tour!) The owner was quick to answer my many questions! It was very nice to have a Subway below the apt for quick grab and go dinner...

"Spent the weekend here for a wedding in Zion.. This home had all the amenities of a resort. All the bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space so everyone had their privacy. My family of 9 (all adults) enjoyed the backyard and the game room. Some even cut their Zion hikes short so they could hang out in the backyard. Close to food stores and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Overall, a 5 star stay for us."

"My family stayed here for our Thanksgiving weekend and it was an enjoyable stay. We paid to heat the pool and it was well worth it. Usually the kids want to stay in the hot tub because most pools are cold in November but this pool was nice and warm, we could’ve swam all night. The rooms were nice and tidy. Tons of pots and pans for us to cook our meals and we enjoyed the streaming services offered. "
