The perfect place to stay at Zion
Zion’s Roost was a perfect cozy place to stay when we explored southern Utah. It was in the perfect location when we visited Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and the Candy Cliffs. The house was immaculate, perfectly stocked,and meticulously organized. Zion’s Roost completely met our needs on our vacation. David was a very gracious host who went out of his way to help us with the sites in Zion and other local attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything we wanted and more!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Zions Roost for 4 nights while we explored the park, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was perfect, it’s a great location right outside of the park with a gorgeous view! Dave the host was extremely accommodating and even came over to show us some of his favorite spots and hikes to visit. It was really nice to see other less crowded parts of the park that we would never have known to visit! He even lent us trekking poles and gear and offered to help get us to some trails. The house was clean and organized and had literally anything that we needed. We really enjoyed grilling in the backyard after a long day of hiking. We’ll definitely be back to Zion because 4 days wasn’t even close to enough time, and we’ll staying here again! Much thanks to Dave for sharing his beautiful spot with us and for all of his help! You can tell that he genuinely wants to make sure that you enjoy your time there and it really shows!

Exactly what we were looking for
Property was exactly what we were looking for. Minutes to the North entrance to Zion, less than an hour to the South entrance. The owner was very responsive and the house was well stocked to make the trip a breeze.

Zion's Roost was Great!
Communication was great before arrival and driving and entry instructions were perfect. Very clean, nice furniture and kitchen and outdoor dining area. Private space and so close to the Kolob Canyon entrance to Zion and I-15. Less than 2 hours to many other parks, great central location for day trips. Lots of storage and 3 bedrooms can accommodate a family easily. Thanks David, for a great stay!

Amazing experience
This house was more than we expected. Very clean and neat and everything we could possibly need for our stay. This was one of the best VRBO houses I’ve ever stayed in. David even came over at 6:30 in the morning one day to help us air up our tires. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Fantastic Host
This was a perfect spot for us as we like to see alot of the State when we vacation. Bryce canyon, kolob canyons, zion, Grand Canyon, red rock canyon, St George are some place we traveled. The North rim of the Grand Canyon being the longest drive about 2.5 hrs. There is a peacock that lives around the property that would hang out with me on the back patio. Excellent home base for you Utah adventures.

Birthday Zion Retreat
An amazing gem to say the least. The property is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. My family and I enjoyed the organization and cleanliness of the home which added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Dave is an amazing host, who had timely responses and great recommendations for activities in the Zion area. Overall, we had an amazing vacation at Zion Roost, nothing but positive things to say about this property ( and Dave and his family), and my family and I will definitely be back!!!

Zions Roost
Beautiful home with all the amenities we were looking for. It is obvious the owners put a lot of care and consideration into making this property a true home away from home. The master walk in closet has a great space for getting ready. Greatly enjoyed the patio out back. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need and had plentiful silverware, dishes, plates and glasses (sometimes rentals only have 4 place settings so we are constantly doing dishes). The owners were excellent at communication and we would 100% recommend this place to others seeking a place near Zion.

Great stay
This was a great location near Kolob canyon at Zion. The owner was responsive and easy to reach. The house was well-suited for guests with a lot of storage, kitchen items, and toiletries. The outdoor space was nice for young kids and had a large outdoor dining area and grill. We saw a peacock several times and wild turkeys, as well, which the kids loved.

Breathtaking Views
The property is magnificent. Nestled in the mountains with almost 360 degrees of mountain views; comfortable, clean accommodations with everything you could need. Location is perfection in relation to the national parks. We can't wait to go back!

Great host
We had an amazing stay. Dave went above and beyond when we had trouble with our rental car. He came over with a charger/jumper and even offered to drive us to a hike nearby while we were waiting for the replacement car to be available. The hiking gear he provided was so helpful. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.
