"The Catlins and surrounding coast are well worth a look in any extended NZ trip. Ray and Tania’s cosy cabin was as described. Great hosts, Ray had great advice about what to see and do. A little gravel road for 7km to reach an isolated small rural town far away from the crowds. Clean. Excellent outdoor area with BBQ. Rustic cabin adjoining the main house with attached private kitchenette and bathroom"

"We had a wonderful time in a very complete cabin. We could cook because of a good d fridge and cooking tools. The owner reacted adequately when another guest tried to claim our cabin., very late in the evening. And we saw 4 sea lions on the beach. We can recommendate this accommodation. "
