Great Stay!!
Charming apartment in a building with great character! Just the right size for a couple in this well appointed unit….great neighborhood with a ton of convenient places for coffee/breakfast, lunch, or dinner!! A stay here will not disappoint.

Great location and responsive host
Very clean apartment, easy remote check-in, responsive host, great location. We were traveling to visit family with our adult daughter and son. The second bedroom bed, where our daughter slept, is small. Our son slept on the hide-a-bed (couch bed) in the main room. The bathroom is small but no complaints--great shower pressure and hot water for all of us.

College Move In / Pizza Sampler
Spent a few days on Wooster Street while moving son into Yale. Great location with close proximity to Yale and directly in the center of "Little Italy" within short walking distance to famous pizza and other italian restaurants, pastry and coffee shops. Parking can be tricky but generally can find a nice spot on the street within a couple blocks. Would stay here again, especially as a pizza lover.

Great location, and the apartment itself is very clean and nicely put together, if a bit smaller than it seems in the listing. The building is a bit rundown, some trash in the lobby, but the apartment is well kept. The beds could have been a little more comfortable; mattresses might need replacing.

Small but cozy apartment
Great place to stay while our son was visiting Yale. Just 1 bolck from 2 well know pizza restaurants is nice but can make finding a parking spot a challenge at times. Although frustrating at times it would not keep me from staying there again.

girls weekend
had a wonderful time with girlfriends for a quick stay and trip to new haven! location was great, especially if you are wanting to try the famous pizza places in the area! space was perfect, had everything we needed! parking was convenient and easy to get to and from places! would recommend and would stay again if we were up in the area!

Apizza paradise
This location was perfect for our apizza tour in New Haven. We were right in the middle of two world famous pizzerias. It was quaint and picturesque. We could walk where we wanted to go. The apartment was very clean, safe and well furnished. We enjoyed every minute.

Great spot
Clean and nicely decorated, we had plenty of room and slept comfortably. The front steps and entryway were not pretty, but the apartment is worth the climb up the stairs. We were thankful for the air conditioning in each room, it was a particularly hot night. And the location is great, we walked to dinner and breakfast. We came in 3 separate cars, so it was easier for us to park in an overnight garage; there are a couple within walking distance, as long as you have a rolling suitcase.

Ideal location!
The debate continues… Pepe’s or Sally’s. This gem of a flat puts you right in the middle of both so you can let your tastes buds decide. Being a New Haven native, I have spent many years visiting both and was excited to stay here in little Italy. The spot is well maintained and beautifully appointed. Must be fit to negotiate the two flights of steep stairs so I suggest one packs light. Great location, comfortable cozy apartment, good communication with the owner. Would definitely consider staying again, (with a lighter travel bag).

Heart of little Italy
Great location right on Wooster St in New Haven and very walkable to other restaurants and Yale campus. Very clean with great communication from our Host. Beds very firm and sleeping for three with additional space on pull out couch. Frank Pepe’s and Sally’s just steps away, as well as a great Italian bakery and coffee shop down the street. Wooster Square Park a nice place to relax on a bench and soak up some sunshine. I’m glad we packed light since there were two flights of stairs. Good for a little exercise after a day of pizza :)

Neat, clean, modern decor; building and neighborhood quiet while there. A few turns off the highway and we were there. Was able to park close by. Appreciated the ac in each room.
