"We had a lovely two night stay at Losehill. Ideally situated if you want to walk up Losehill or Mam Tor and Edale is a 20 minute bus ride away. The bus can be caught from the bottom of the lane. The service from every member of staff we encountered during our stay was outstanding. The food was excellent with amazing views as you eat."

"Whole experience was excellent from leisure staff, bar staff and restaurant staff all very helpful and attentive. Evening meal was excellent, good choice. Breakfast was also lovely, great choice for adults and children. Room was clean and spotless. Will definitely be back. "

" The hotel needs a complete refurb. The room allocated to us was of poor quality and standard. There was no wardrobe hanging space for ladies dresses and no drawers for storing other clothes. The plug was missing from the bath and the taps were dripping in the bathroom sink. The positive was that the staff were attentive and helpful and the food (breakfast) was excellent. We would not stay here again."

"The main thermal pool in the basement was unfortunately too hot during this particular visit. We've stayed several times before; this was the first time the water was uncomfortably hot (there could have been a on-off problem with the heat regulation valve). Our room at the corner of the building was quiet, well air-conditioned and comfortable. The breakfast was decent but they ran out of croissants and other pastries pretty early on and failed to replenish the tray. I don't see why they couldn't...
