Weekend getaway
Good place with lots of beds near nice shops and Whole Foods. Host was great at providing music tips, including at le bon temps roulee, which is walking distance away. There is a parking spot but we took the bus or Lyft which worked out well.

Nola Visit
Joey’s house was perfect for us. Very clean and well located on a lovely stench of MagazineStreet. Great quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of numerous quality restaurants] and of the Tulane U surroundings.

Audubon Park centered visit
We loved the location of this rental. We had our two small dogs with us and they could safely walk in this very dog friendly neighborhood. We visited the Audubon Zoo and walked daily in the park. We visited the WWII museum and the Aquarium and downtown briefly. There were many restaurants, coffee shops, a bookstore and small shops within walking distance.

Excellent location, walking distance to coffee shops and shopping on Magazine Street. Very nice having a parking space as streets are narrow. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels.

Best location with a great host!
Loved the neighborhood.Good food and coffee shops within walking distance or just minutes away. Private parking right in front of the house. Easy drive, or Lyft to most of the sights and the French quarter. House was spacious and had great air-conditioning. House was super clean and the beds were comfortable. We forgot a personal item and the host' went out of their way to ship it to us. You couldn't be in better hands.

Great for an intergenerational family
We were in New Orleans for a family wedding but went early so grandkids could do Halloween there. This location was perfect. Most houses were elaborately decorated welcoming! The kids had a great time and the adults had fun just watching them and admiring scene, friendliness and energy!

Would give this house 6 stars if possible. Wonderful home in prime location, in the middle of everything. Easily & comfortably accommodated 3 adults & 2 kids. Joey was an excellent host and incredibly easy to communicate with. Wish all hosts were like him. Would be an honor to be able to stay again.

Amazing property!
My husband and I are not city people, but we both really wanted to visit New Orleans. It was important to me that I find a safe, comfortable place to stay outside of the French Quarter. That is exactly what I found with Joey's place. Joey was wonderful from the time we booked through check out, he reached out many times, and was extremely helpful. I even reached out about some questions and suggestions a few weeks before arriving and he spent most of a Saturday afternoon chatting with me, relieving all of my worries! Upon arrival my husband and I were amazed, the place is huge! You can bring your entire extended family and have more than enough space! We brought our dog with his and he loved having the front yard to explore, and there was plenty of room inside for him to play safely as well. The neighborhood is very safe, we took walks everyday. It is about a 10 minute walk to Audobon Park, and there is a delicious Po Boy shop about two blocks away on Magazine Street. We were able to easily walk up to St. Charles Ave and catch the Street Car into the city. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again!

Came in with 6 of us for a week of music and food. Great area if you like uptown.Had to call Joey with a little lock/ key issue late , and he answered and helped us out promptly- Great Host.

My daughter’s wedding
I rented this property for 4 adults and 2 children. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding so we were in & out for the week. This property was ideal for us & our schedule. The floor plan was perfect for two families. The fenced yard was a popular spot for all The neighbors were friendly & the neighborhood beautiful. The location was convenient & the parking spaces were greatly appreciated. The host was quick to respond to our needs. Highly recommend!💜

Great place to stay in NoLA
The property was just right for five adults. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Met all our basic needs. I would definitely stay there again. Much better than renting hotel rooms for all of us. Located half a block from a great part of Magazine Street. Highly recommend this property.
