Quiet, Beautiful and Fun
Our family stayed at this charming and well-renovated condo for our son's Baseball tournament. From the moment walking in, the grand views are more than breathtaking. The home is well-appointed, including everything one could need. It was more of a surprise that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards to enjoy. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, decor cute and condition of condo excellent. Includes extra fans, bedding, and pillows. The condo is great, pool clean and well-maintained. The ocean was RIGHT there, little walking and perfect for enjoying. More importantly, the beach is fairly quiet and with very reduced crowds. Even during the summer, some days there was just my family enjoying the beach. It was great. Of note, we had a slight damper to the stay, (of no responsibility from the owner) However, she was amazingly accomodating and the epitome of a great VRBO host despite it being out of her control. We would certainly stay again without a question the next time we head out to the East Coast.

Great getaway!
The condo was exactly as shown! We really enjoyed the balcony as we felt like we were on the beach but were able to stay out of the sun in the middle of the day. The decor was very nice and looked new. Perfect for our weekend getaway!

Perfect Getaway
This is our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint! The condo is extremely clean and stocked for anything you could think of. The view of the ocean is incredible and it’s a quick walk to the pool or ocean. There are beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and a cooler for you to take to the beach and even on a holiday weekend, there were plenty of spots. The area is convenient to plenty of delicious restaurants, grocery stores and more. Highly recommend! Thanks for a relaxing family weekend!

Right on the ocean
This condo is beautiful and very clean with a wonderful balcony and an incredible view of the ocean! We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. We saw dolphins and we were able to watch a rocket launch from the beach. It is very easy to get to the pool and beach. The condo was well supplied with towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, nightlights, dishes, pots and pans, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags. There were even coffee pods and creamers for the Keurig. The property is very family friendly and quiet. The condo is two levels with the bedrooms upstairs. There are stairs to climb to access the condo. We loved our stay and were very sad to leave.

Gorgeous views, amazing stay
This property is right on the ocean. Second story condo with two floors tastefully decorated and very family friendly. Out the door and toes in the sand in 60 seconds. All the little things were thought of; snacks, coffee, chilled water filter pitcher, lots of outlets and USBs, nightlights, beach chairs and toys. The weather was too nice to take advantage of the TVs or the board games. We enjoyed every sunrise from the balcony. Very quiet condo community. This place is quite amazing!!

Life on the Beach.
This has been our second extended stay at this property and we could not be happier. Since our last visit the owners have continued to upgrade and enhance the condo...which was already in excellent condition. We have found it to be well equipped and the owners are very responsive to any questions that you might have. As everyone continues to mention, the location on the beach is amazing. Not only can you sit on the patio and enjoy the surf, but on each of our visits we were able to watch multiple space launches from the beach. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect Family Getaway!
Our stay was fantastic and the property was excellent! Living only an hour away, it was easy to get to and allowed us to escape for the weekend. The property owner communicated clearly and often, the check-in process was super easy, and we arrived to a pleasant surprise of some drinks in the fridge and snacks in the cabinet. The condo is immaculate and it's clear how much thought went into the guest experience. Soft, comfy towels, shampoo and soap, baking staples, and a great variety of pots and pans and serving dishes make it easy to cook any meal (although there are some great restaurants nearby)! What truly makes this property unique is how it allowed us to have a family vacation AND some time to relax as adults, even with our 3 and 6-year-old girls. The pool and beach are so easy to get to and both had plenty of room, even on Labor Day weekend, allowing us to get all their energy out. The owner thought of everything, including boogie boards, umbrellas, beach towels, beach toys, and beach chairs. There are plenty of games and TVs in each room with Hulu TV and access to all the apps. The girls absolutely LOVED their room and would spend time up there playing games and watching a show while my husband and I got to enjoy some time relaxing and watching the ocean. We will be back for sure! I cannot recommend this place enough to any families in the Central/North Florida area who need an escape that's just a quick drive from home. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Mother Nature at her Best
The condo is spacious, cool, tastefully decorated and had all the coffee and cooking amenities we needed. Publix is 4 miles up the road for quick provision trips. The condo is also situated on one of the most idyllic stretches of beachfront I've ever seen. I rose early every morning to catch the slowly rising sun, go for a 3 mile walk and was back by 9:30 for breakfast. Our days were spent in the ocean and our evenings listening to waves crash on the shore under moonlight starry skies. The occasional lightening storm at night was like a fireworks show on the 4th of July. Spectacular! The lighted saltwater pool was also a nice hangout in the evening. I can't wait to go back again. The owner and property manager replied to any questions right away and made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much for this memorable stay.

Beautiful Getaway
Ocean Club South is our favorite property in NSB…. 10 years and counting! This unit blew us away.. so clean, every convenience, and an unbeatable view. We hope to be back soon!

Great experience! No matter what window you looked out of you had a great view of the beach and ocean! Everything we needed was provided and the manager responded quickly to our questions. Easy access to the no drive beach was a huge plus.

Amazing Views right on the beach!
Stayed with two teenagers, the condo was pretty quiet. We all enjoyed the pool and the beach which was just steps away. The balcony faces the beach and sunrises are beautiful. They have supplied everything you could need in the kitchen and for the beach. We were surprised the pool and beach were not busy in the middle of summer. Loved the comfy beds too! Definitely one of our favorite places we have stayed :)

Great place !
The place had everything we needed,and more ! Clean , beautiful, well maintained, comfortable. The location is spectacular . Strongly recommending to whomever want to spend a great time on the beach . Our young adult kids went out every evening and enjoyed their time , we , parents , more laid back ordered in . Running on the beach at sunrise and meetings large turtles returning to ocean after laying their eggs is an experience in itself . All happy and thankful for everything.

Wonderful!
We were in NSB for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. Clean, nicely decorated, well stocked with everything you could need for the kitchen and beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler. lovely welcome beverages in the fridge and a basket full of snacks were waiting for us upon arrival which was much appreciated after a long day of travel as we hadn’t been to the grocery store yet. Great location, beautiful beach views from inside with easy access to the beach outside. The condo is very near grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommend and will be back when we visit our new in-laws there. Host was super responsive and helpful too!

We love NSB and this unit had the most beautiful views of a nearly empty beach at the height of summer vacation. You can tell the owners really care about and take excellent care of their unit. The touches made it seem like you were staying in a family members home. Highly recommend.

Everything you need.
I have stayed at several different vrbos at New Smyrna and I must say this is the best. The townhouse has everything you need to enjoy your beach time. Very clean and well equipped. I look forward to returning hopefully next year.

Condo was beautifully decorated very clean and had everything you would need!! Fully stocked kitchen and cooler coozies chairs umbrella for the beach! If you want direct on beach with incredible views you will love it here!! Host is very easy to communicate with and gets back to you quickly with any concerns or questions. 😊🏖🐬🌊
