Great Location close to everything
Place was as advertised and a quaint little space, quiet, all comforts of home. Awesome for 6-7 people. Owners' answered calls and were very responsive. Would stay again. Weather was not very Florida like toward the end of stay but had nothing to do with place.

Great choice for relaxation!
The home is lovely and perfectly placed just close enough to the beach for a short 2 minute walk over. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus and information on how to operate was easy to understand. Jon and Tammy were friendly and easy to communicate with. They were quick to respond with any questions I had. I would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arose!

The property and the host were incredible! We rented the home for a girls weekend (most of us from out of town) and the location was perfect. A very short walk to a beautiful beach, lovely pool, great space! Everything as pictured and clean. The beds were VERY comfortable and the space is excellent for a group! Would absolutely rent and book again!

Gorgeous house with quick beach access!
This house is just as beautiful as the pictures with everything you will need for your stay! Even the spice cabinet is full! Literally the only thing we need was just a couple more beach towels but that was no problem at all as it’s understandable with a large group. Such a great location, close to beach, grocery and restaurants. Fantastic pool and yard, thanks for such a great stay!

Relaxing June Stay in NSB
Perfect location for a relaxing beach stay. Place had everything we needed and was a short walk from the beach. Pool kept our kids busy when we were hanging around the house. Definitely would consider staying again in the future!

Enjoyable with few exceptions
All new high end appliances. Beds are spacious and comfortable. TV in three bedrooms and the living room all work well once you know the tech. The pool is cozy and the heat lights and spa are excellent. The additional sleeping area is a closet with blow up mattresses. To get to it, you have to enter the door of the master bedroom so that made it awkward. The owner was responsive and helpful on all matters. The only issue not resolved was the ice maker. Owner sent a very pleasant maintenance man but the issue remained- no ice and not cold enough for ice cream. Nothing to be done as it takes 24h for the fridge to start making ice again We really loved the location and pool and the mattresses gave us all great sleep.

Great experience - great house w/ pool - 2 min walk to beach...
We loved everything about our stay and have zero complaints. The walk to the beach was much closer than expected - and it was all flat w a few steps at the beach.. We had a house full with our grown children and 4 grandkids but the house was big enough to spread out. The master bedroom and bath were very nice and we also loved the pool area and fully stocked kitchen...

Perfect NSB House
We loved this house, perfect proximity to everything, grocery store, Flagler Ave., several other restaurant's, the beach is right across the street with very easy access and walking distance to some beach restaurants and Flagler Ave. We rented bikes and found several trails nearby and easy backroads. The heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the night. We had family the first half and some close friends the second half of our stay and everyone loved the space. We would highly recommend this lovely home.

Great property!!
We highly recommend this property! It is decorated beautifully. There was ample seating for our group of 8. The pool/spa is great.....we really only used the spa a couple of times, but it was wonderful to be able to use one in the winter. Again, we recommend this property and would definitely book again!

Overall lovely stay, great location & lots of nice touches in the house. Very convenient for beach & local restaurants. The backyard was peaceful & relaxing. My only complaints are no toiletries were provided in either bathroom (just hand soap) and when I asked about additional toilet paper, as only 1 roll was provided I was told to go buy more myself. I was a little thrown off by this given the price of the house, but all in all we had a nice stay.
