20 Year Anniversary celebration turned into rental misery.
I was so excited to surprise my wife with dinner and a show for our 20 year anniversary. Sadly before we even got to get check in it went badly. The air conditioning apparently wasn't working and I was notified 1 hour prior to check in. I had already emailed them to let them know we were there early and would wait down the street. I didn't get a response immediately as they responded using the Vrbo app. So we lost an hour of the room, missed our reservation and only was able to attend the show. The unit was absolutely filthy. The amount of hair in the tub and drain was disgusting. The floors were not cleaned. The rug was not vacuumed. The fingerprints and/or nasty smudges covered everything in the kitchen. The fridge was so gross inside and there was food left inside. It was not my job to clean up after someone else. That is absolutely unfair to even ask of someone. We were told we would be refunded HALF of the cleaning fee. So in other words, not only did I miss my anniversary dinner, I paid for someone elses mess. Never again. My wife is so upset over this and she has every right to be.

Good place to stay Place was clean and well maintained. Was a bit loud outside at nights but nothing unbearable.has a nice kitchen area with appliances. Hard to get transportation when going into NYC but other than that would def recommend.

Perfect place for my quick fril
Clean, all the amenities I needed and staff was super helpful when the app wasn’t working to get my instructions. Close to a lot of places to eat or drink as well and the proximity to the airport was tremendous. Would stay again

Great Location and Property!
I rented this apartment at the very last minute for a trip with my 2 kids. Sonya was so very helpful and communicative, I was literally driving there and she helped me worked out final details. Sonya made sure I had all check in instructions, and that we arrived and checked in safely. The apartment is modernly decorated, VERY CLEAN, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the sleeper sofa was large enough for my 6ft son. Location was 2 blocks from the Prudential Center which was very convenient. We also took the train in to the Bronx for the Yankees game, and it was an easy ride in to the City. I would highly recommend Sonya as a host, and was very impressed with her property.

Nice Stay for the most part
The property is nice and clean! A perfect pick for someone who loves simple and nice things. I loved the kitchen and how big the bed was. Included was these cute house slippers and a comfy robe. Sooo cute and welcoming. The cons are minor deal-able things. First, there is no parking which I’m sure is expected in an area like so, so the property manager offers a parking pass. Next, the elevator has this weird mildew smell. Lastly, BE TIME with checkout. This property allows no room for errors and you will be charged if you don’t leave at 11. NO COMPLIMENTARY late check out. Overall the stay was well. Great for my stay and a great property despite the small things.

Pretty Fabulous
The property is pretty amazing with abundant amenities. The instructions and communication before arriving were right on point. I loved the rooftop and the gym. Also, I took a walk around the corner to Whole Foods. There is also a tea shop across the street. The kitchen was pretty provisioned and the bed was comfortable. I paid for parking and did not have problems with available parking. I would definitely stay here again - it's such a surprise for staying in Newark.

Beautiful Loft Living
My family enjoyed this lovely loft. Host was very communicative and ensured we had a great experience. Location was in a safe business district and close to Penn and Amtrak Stations. We highly recommend.

COVID FAMILY GET TOGETHER
This was a great apartment to use to visit with family who have a baby and is not yet vaccinated. The upstairs balcony allowed for fresh air time and a place to relax and eat outdoors. The indoors allowed for open windows and a fresh, clean atmosphere allowing us to make our get together as safe as we needed it to be. Getting food for dinner easy, but so was cooking lunch in the apartment. My nephew had a solid nap in the bedroom and was able to toddle safely in the apartment. The host was beyond kind and engaging. Highly recommend this little gem.

Clean apartment, convenient location
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and looked just like the pictures. It is conveniently located near the highway and parking is a short walk away. We will definitely book again.
