"When we arrived at the property the mini splits (air conditioning) was not working. The property manager was able to assist us over the phone to get the issue resolved. Would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a cozy, relaxing getaway "

"Peggy was VERY helpful, by providing information in the room for Groundhog Day. Her communication was thoughtful (providing check-in information, a hand-drawn map of the surrounding streets and highlighting the parking, and a list of local restaurants in Clearfield). There was a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator, as well as soda / candy / chips available to purchase on the honor system (it was good for my kids to see that). This was beyond perfect, and I couldn't recommend it more. "

"Beautiful cabin very friendly owners. Had a couple hiccups at first but all worked out. It is secluded and peaceful yet still close enough to any stores or activities that you might want to do while you are there. There are no TVs and we didn’t kiss them at all we took time to sit in the porch, listen to the creek and birds, we even did a puzzle while were were there. Thank you to the hosts that allowed us to escape from our everyday life."

"Spent four nights, with this Clearfield property being our home base, from which to visit my wife’s brother and some of her high school classmates in the Morrisdale/Philipsburg area. The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped as was the bath. Smaller TV in the living area has cable. TV in bedroom sits too low to enjoy in bed. Bed is firm and comfortable. "It os acceptable for just one night but in overall its very strange place, not feeling very safe. Did not look clean. In overall I do not think I will stay there again. Besides it says they offer breakfast "sweets" but no. when we asked about the time for breakfast they told us that it was just coffee. Anyway we wouldn't have eaten anything in that place. "
