Couldn't of been a better place for a long summer weekend

We had the best time staying at this house. It's not only perfect location to the beach on the Penninsula but also to restaurants and bars close by. It's spacious, very nice, and the hosts were wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a group who wants to have a beach or Newport get away. Thanks again! Matt

Great Family Trip

My large family loved the house! It is in a great location - steps from the beach, and felt very safe. The beach chairs were such a great amenity! House is clean and had plenty of room for our big group. Highly recommend.

Lovely Place to Stay for Surf and Sun

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. It had plenty of private and common space to accommodate our group. There were plenty of linens, beach chairs, etc. for our group. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer were in like-new condition and were very much appreciated. Best of all, we could easily walk to the beach every day from this location. The while the beach has beautiful sand and view, the swimming in the surf is better (and safer) further south closer to the Newport Pier. Although we had some difficulty during the checkout process, we would highly recommend this property.

Perfect!

A group of old friends (couples mostly) scattered about the state getting together for a “reunion”. We had a great time. Place was clean, good location, had everything we needed, and management company was excellent!

Clean, brightly lit, spacious and comfortable. The location was outstanding; so easy to walk to the beach. We loved the 2 car parking, as parking in the area was otherwise difficult. There were tons of towels for everyone. The property manager was outstanding and very easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Excellent for large groups

We had a bunch of extended family over on multiple days and had plenty of room to feed and entertain them all. Perfect location right next to the beach and the house had all the towels, beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas we could want. Some things (carpet) were worn, but that's what you'd expect being this close to the beach. Well appointed kitchen for sure. Great place.

A beautiful, comfortable, and spacious beach house just a short stroll from the beach!

We could not have been more pleased with our experience with this beach house. It was amazing! The house was lovely, clean, and had so much space for our large crew (9). We appreciated them supplying beach towels and beach chairs for all of us. We could get from the door of the beach house to toes in the sand within a couple of minutes. The management was gracious and accommodating. They provided thorough instructions and answered any questions we had within minutes. We look forward to booking at this location in the future!

Fabulous Beach vacation!

We rented here in conjunction with two other nearby units. Everything about this property was first class all the way. 12 of our 30 family members stayed here. In addition to this beautiful home we valued the 2 parking spaces, the 10 beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, outdoor shower, location and proximity to additional units handled by the same management company.

Beautiful home in a perfect location 30 seconds away from the sand!

My family and I were fortunate enough to spend a week at this property. The home is completely updated and every room was spotless and well appointed. We were less than a minute walk away from the beach and easily went back and forth throughout the day. We are already looking to book this great property for next year and hope to make it an annual event!
