Great stay
This place was great. Walked to beach and Nye Beach restaurants, great location. Our dog loved the morning walks. Only comment for owners is that the stove top burners smelled quite bad when heated. Otherwise the place was clean and had a good set of kitchen utensils and appliances. Would definitely stay here again!

The basics in a great neighborhood
This little attached condo has everything you need. The living room and kitchen were nicely appointed. However, we couldn’t figure out how to get the TV to work with the cable box (even Gen Y was mystified). The beds are basic and firm with enough linens and pillows to make them comfortable. They are on wheels and lack headboards, so sitting in bed to read was a bit strange as the bed would start inching away from the wall. Heat is provided by baseboard heaters that worked well. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood (at least in April) and is a 10 minute walk to nice restaurants, ice cream, coffee, bakeries, a performing arts center, book store, etc. Though, in April, not all of these places had hours that are conducive to tourists. The condo has a peak a boo view of the ocean and beach access is a 5 minute walk away. We did enjoy our stay!

Fantastic Location and Quiet
A block from the beach and only a few minutes drive to shops. Nice and quiet area. Home could use some updating. Some outlets need replaced so plugs don’t slide out. Also, needs bigger/brighter lights/lamps and bedrooms need curtains that can be drawn over blinds at night since shades have a gap in the middle. Overall a great stay.

We have stayed at this location 2 times and we like it as it is close to the beach and shopping. We were also able to walk to the local farmers marker with a variety of items for sale.

Beach Bungalow Bonanza!
The linens were crisp, fresh, clean and well-made! This really impressed my wife! Everything was really clean! Everything worked. No complaints at all. There is pride in the upkeep and quality of this little gem. We will stay again!

Quaint Place
This property was nice to an extent. From the pictures it looks great. Its only a 2 minute walk to the beach and located right in the heart of Newport. However, when we arrived and walked in the front door we were hit with a very unpleasant odor. Its not that the property wasn't clean, because everything looked visibly clean, but there was the smell of musty air that was fairly unsettling. We ended up having to get candles and deodorizer to help alleviate some of the smell. The shower was also a bit finicky as there would be waves of hot and cold water and no amount of adjusting could fix that, in fact only made it worse. However, those issues aside its a lovely property.

Decent place but ....
VERY cold on check-in, took two or three hours to get warm, ran out of toilet paper on day two, no lights out front ( burned out ), condom wrapper under the cushion of couch, the towels felt like they were bran new and had never been washed ( and threw off lint), and only 1 of the 4 keys actually worked. And there was a smear of some sort on one of the couch cushions - I shudder to think that it may have been related to the condom wrapper On a positive note, I managed to lock myself out (that in itself should not be doable) and the local Vacasa team was very quit to come out and let me in.

Comfy Home Centrally located
Nice little house close to Nye Beach District restaurants and Park. Beds were very comfy. Home could use a little upgrading. Note to property manager or owner:Teflon frying pans were badly scratched, didn't feel safe using them, luckily there was 1 stainless steel pan. The outlet in the kitchen loose plugs don't stay in, 2 kitchen mat/rugs looked dirty, would suggest just not having any would make kitchen look cleaner, some new bathroom rugs would make it look alot nicer. Other than that, we had a nice stay, good location, home is comfy and warm, nice beds, great tv, and I must say the bathtowels are the softest I've ever felt, I'm going to try to find them online for home!
