Great location with great view.
The house is in not far away from the harbor and you can watch fishing boats sailing through your windows. But there is loud noise coming from the bridge in the evening. There is sand on the carpet when we checked in. There is not enough cleaning supply for our stay, but we got some from the local store. Water heater is small, and it runs out of hot water after my kids took shower. But overall, we are satisfied.

Great Spot!
Note that it is a Condo and not a townhome. Entrance is on 2nd floor above the garage. We were a little confused checking in but I had two tired toddlers yelling at me while trying to figure it out so probably just me. Great location. We went clamming in the bay right in front of our place. Pier is just down the street. Great View. They do have a no Crab policy but that makes sense due to location next to Pier and how messy and stinky that can be. Overall we reallly enjoyed it and would come back. Having a garage was nice as well.

Seafood & Wine Festival
Amazing view! It was so enjoyable to watch all of the comings and goings in the harbor. Stayed here for the proximity to the Seafood & Wine festival-it couldn't have been a better location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Set Up
Spacious accommodations in a great location. Enjoyed watching the boats go in and out of the harbor. Room sizes were generous with nice bathrooms. Kitchen and family room both large and comfortable. It was also nice to have a garage to park in. Elevator made packing stuff in and out easy. Very simple and straight forward leaving instructions. A few notes: The heat is radiant floor heat - so be sure to turn on as soon as you get there. Kitchen had basics for cook / bakeware, but be sure to bring any condiments / spices / foil / ziplocs you need with you. Garage keypad may have dead battery - so grab the opener from upstairs to use while you are there.

The door to the property isn't in the garage, it's upstairs so I was a little confused. And the ad didn't mention that you can't cook crab in the unit but aside from those things we had a great visit! Thanks for having us

Great property, terrible cleaning & management company
The property in itself is great, with great location and views. The issue is the management company and the cleaning. The beds were filthy. Full of hair, yellow dirty sheets and pillow cases from were people were sleeping. The extra bedding was in the same condition. Sucks to pay so much per night and not be able to sleep in a bed. Also fireplace was stuck on high heat and most of the windows had a broken sign on it to not open which made it almost 80 in the unit all day and night. Talking to management didn’t get you anywhere. They promise to call you back and never do after multiple calls and emails. I hope the owners see these reviews and get a different management company.

It is always a pleasure staying here. We have stayed here many times over the past 5/6 years, and always love it. It would be great to see the windows cleaned on the outside, in the last year we have stayed here three time, and noticed the windows do not look like they have been cleaned. In the past years, they always were clean, I know this is the beach, but, they have not been cleaned in awhile. The glass door to the patio, is great Thank you

Beautiful views
This property has the most beautiful views that I have ever had at the coast. I am a person that prefers to be at the bay side instead of ocean side. I loved watching the boats. My husband had his boat at the marina so this condo was perfectly located for what we were here to do. I had a couple of issues and the property manager was very easy to get ahold of. The only thing that I wasn't happy with were the windows. Our window in the master bedroom was broke and we couldn't open it to get some air. So our room was hot. This was my only complaint. I would stay here again and I hope that the owners fix the window issue. I

Expected more for the price
Large condo with minimal furniture. Old and odds and ends cookware. Stove is an old used appliance and should be replaced. Condo needs a few more blankets. A grill on the premises would be nice. It's all about the view, but the windows were dirty. Several of the windows could not be opened because they are broken. Automatic garage door would not open and maintenance was called. Electric fireplace didn't work.

Comfortable, Clean, Conveniently located! This spacious condo was a gem and I feel so lucky that we were able to stay at this property so last minute. All amenities were provided and the instructions for use were so clear. We even took advantage of watching a DVD. MY ONLY COMPLAINT-the balcony door is tricky!

Second time here, we love it!
We love staying here. Our only issue was not receiving an email with check-in information, but we were able to call and get the codes easily. We’ll be back. Great location, beautiful views, just perfect for us.

Great place, great location
We really enjoyed this place. Views were in credible, sunset was king from bathtub and balcony. This house was beautiful, great room was awesome for games and meals. As I love to cook, I would like to have had better cooking utensils and pots & pans but it did not detract from the place at all. It got the job done. Thank you for opening up your home to us to use. I would come back for a repeat stay!

Even better than expected!
Windward at the Regatta was comfortable and spacious. Perfect property to relax and overlook the water with all the sea life. Fun to walk along the bay and to the aquarium. Close to great restaurants. Perfect weekend getaway with our adult family.

Beautiful Condo & Location
We loved this property and its location. The arrival info needs improvement. The unit is on level one at the west end of the building. The mechanical lockbox is labeled "Guest" and all parking is labeled "P1" which is the ground floor. This info would be helpful for any 1st time visitor. The ice maker makes plenty of ice but the ice dispenser does not work.

Quiet with a great view
We stayed here a few nights to help our son relocate to the Coast Guard Station in Newport. We are no strangers to the Oregon/Washington Coast and stay at coastal rentals frequently. The location is a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to Rouge Brewery or the Oregon Coast Aquarium. The view is spectacular and the condo’s many large windows make the most of it. The property is newer and well insulated, which is something you always want to watch for in a coastal rental because the wind is insane here, especially in Newport. Also, very nice bedding and bathroom towels. A few possible improvements: some kitchen utensils have lived their lifespan and need replacing. A rusty can opener fell apart in my hand. The carpets are high quality, but have a few stains. No odor though, the property smelled clean and fresh. Parking is a touch challenging with 2 cars. The garage fit one fine, but the other barely fit in front of the garage door. All in all, this is a high quality property worthy of the price they ask.

Great view of bridge and the tide change
I would change places with the couch and chairs for flow and total view. Great master bed and shower. The windows were very dirty hard to see out but understandable at the beach.
