Wonderful place to stay! The view of the sunrise alone is enough reason to stay here. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, the house had everything we needed so we didn’t have to make any store runs. I just wish we stayed here over the summer so we could go down by the lake but there was more than enough activities to do in the house that kept everyone entertained.

Perfect home for our family Christmas get-together. It was a cozy gathering place for our families & kids with space for everyone. Had everything we needed. Minutes from where I grew up and loved the views & proximity to the lake.

Beautiful location, well maintained property. We loved all the little additional items provided by the host that makes staying and traveling to a rental property easy (soaps, towels, coffee, games/game room, good quality linens). Host was communicative, easy to access the property, and overall great experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts were readily available to answer any questions and communication. The home had everything you could need and more. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay which allowed us to have quality time with our family. The Rec Room in the basement and all of the games and blocks kept all the kids in our family happily occupied. The home felt like a home away from home but with the most breathtaking views at all times of the day and being just steps from the beach was wonderful even at this time of year. We cannot say enough positive things and would love to come back and stay again!

This property was very nice.....gorgeous backyard....lots of outdoor "toys" and areas to be active. Beds were comfortable, clean and included everything we needed. Family room was comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games provided in the "game room" on the lower level. Kitchen area was adequate. Only 1 kitchen towel when we got there but host did send over extra towels which we greatly appreciated.We were disappointed in the beach area and used it very little because it was dirty (should have been raked for debris). Garage floor was very dirty (should have been blown out or swept). We did not know about the lake flies that covered the door, screens, handles at dusk. And many got inside the house/ceiling. We have stayed on Lake Michigan for the past 7 years (on the Michigan side) but decided we would try the Wisconsin side since many of us are from Wisconsin. Our grandchildren love the waves of Lake Michigan and we normally spend many hours/day at the beach. This year was different because of the debris in the water, etc. We will probably consider going back to the beach on the Michigan side in the future. Thank you for the accomodations.

We had an amazing stay at this home in Newton. The home, location, and lake views were all as promised. We loved the proximity to Manitowoc, Sheboygan, and Two Rivers. We look forward to coming back and vacationing here again.
This was the view from the balcony off our bedroom. Amazing!

Spacious rental in Newton, WI

My family and I enjoyed staying at this rental property. We very much appreciated the privacy of the location and beach access. Everything was very well maintained inside and out with plenty of room through out the house (bedrooms, kitchen and living room, all were spacious). Beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped, and lots of extras (indoor games, kayak, paddle board, lawn toys, lots of outdoor seating). Beach was very private with lots of room to spread out. Would rent here again.

Lake Life Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful. Tim has created a relaxing lake retreat that accommodates the whole family. We had 3 generations staying together, including a toddler. There was plenty to do, including toys for the kiddo. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire, going to the beach, and spending time on the lawn with lawn games. There was a full game room that we didn’t even use because there was so much available. The amenities were great and exactly as described, and the house was clean. It was large and provided enough room for everyone, including a nice bunk room that was well separated from the house to allow for adults to be up and enjoying the evening, while the kiddo slept. We were able to cook full meals because the kitchen was fully stocked. Tim was very responsive and responded within minutes any time that we reached out. We would highly recommend a lake life getaway at Tim’s place!

Lovely

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend here. The house is just as described, and the perfect amount of space for us (3 adults and 6 kids). We loved the big backyard, all the games, and the proximity to the beach (there are quite a few stairs to get there which was a bit hard for my mother but no problem for the rest of us). The view from the house is just spectacular. We were wishing the weather was warmer so we could use the kayaks, but we had a great time walking the beach looking for sea glass. Communication with the host was excellent.
