"Great place to have a night before Hobbiton. Everything perfect.The owner was very nice and she explained how to get there. She put the heater on before arrival to be warm at our arrival. Matamata is a quiet town, but surorisinglu, there are many places to have dinner."

"Traffic is very convenient and not noisy. The room is cozy and relax. Very recommend for others. The hot water and cold water are not mix in the bathroom face wash. Since that, it would be better to reduce the temperature of the hot water."
