"It took them about 45 from the time I arrived to get me checked in to get it done due to the staff being unable to find my booking. Even after that the room wasn't ready and I was told to find something else to do for another half hour. They only run the A/C at certain hours and only run the water heater at others... not really what I was expecting since I paid over $100 a night for this room. The breakfast was included and okay. "The check-in and check-out process went quite smoothly. There was a different hot breakfast each day. Tours can be arranged through a staff member with very good English. The WiFi is decent but the walls are very thin and there is no hot water for the shower. Mosquito nets help keep them away while sleeping. There is no private parking though. We had to park our car in front of the guesthouse overnight."
