"I needed to change the check in date, I wrote to the hotel and they didn't answer, I contacted expedia and told them about the issue, they called the hotel, they said they would contact me but they never did. "El entorno y el hotel es precioso, para mí el mejor de pu luong. La comunicacion con el personal es difícil sol o había una persona que sabía inglés pero no estaba en el alojamiento a nuestra llegada. Hubo un mal entendido con el checkin y con la cena pero pusieron de su parte para solucionarlo. ..."
