Exceptional!
The home is gorgeous, super clean and sanitary! Location is perfectly nestled across from Niagara River and US. WeGo transportation was conveniently located a few steps away. Mark and Monica were extremely accommodating. The home had everything we needed!

We absolutely loved it. The place was clean, nicely decorated, great location, the host was very welcoming & kind. It was quiet but close enough to the falls where we were able to use the bus line to get around not having to worry about parking. Fun place to explore. We highly recommend it.

A Wonderful Oasis
This home is an oasis, perfectly located away from the noise of the tourist area, but is close enough to be there in minutes. It is a one minute walk from the WeGo bus stop which is a great way to get around the Niagara Falls area. The house is clean and well stock with what you'll need for a great stay. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch as we enjoyed the beautiful landscaping. You can see the mist from the Falls all day, Fireworks at night, and look across the river at the state of New York from the front porch. Be sure to ask Mark for advice on where to eat and what to see. He was very helpful on making our first vacation out of the U.S. a wonderful trip.

Memories
This is a great property! We took our 3 grandkids (15, 15, 10) for a week to Niagara Falls and the location was perfect. Everyone had their own room. Kitchen is small, but was ideal for us: breakfast everyday and dinner in 5 of the 6 nights (grilled steaks on the BBQ one night). Mark is a terrific host. He is adding a covered patio with pizza oven and large grill to his list of amenities. Highly recommend, we would return.

Super Clean!
This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The bathrooms have great water pressure and are very clean. We appreciated having breakfast food available to us in the morning. Easy walk to the falls, but also right by the bus stop if needed. We got excellent suggestions for local restaurants from the host. It was super convenient to park our car right in the driveway and use it to get around if we wanted to. We prefer to live like a local and not like a tourist when we visit a new place, and this house was perfect.

beautiful home with ample bedrooms and bathrooms; nice kitchen with everything you could want and nice outdoor space along niagara river. view is amazing, especially the sunrise. owners were so easy going and explained everything upon arrival including dining options and things to do.

Fantastic Home with Fantastic Host!
We had a great time in Niagara Falls. Mark’s house is in a great location, just a few steps from the bus stop or a small hike to Falls. Monica and Mike were fantastic host! They met us upon arrival and showed us the house. They were pleasant to visit with every time they were around, and gave great advice for our week. Their house is beautiful and well kept.

Great space after a day of sightseeing
Rooms set up well for privacy after a day together sightseeing. 1-2 mile walk to the attractions. Kitchen & dining area in the middle & bedrooms off to the sides with spacious bathrooms. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Pleasant stay
We had a nice stay at this property. Owners are super nice and responsive. Great location, safe neighborhood. Very clean space. It’s worth mentioning, the master bed is VERY firm. We aren’t used to that type of firmness. Other than that, it was perfect for our family. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Marc is a gracious host and has a beautiful well maintained place. We ( me and my husband) were there with 2 teenagers and 4 elderly. Cleanliness is usually the first thing I look for, and I was so happy to see how clean all the rooms and washrooms were. Everyone in my family had a comfy stay and all our interactions with Marc were so pleasant. He even offered us his backyard and front yard to use as we pleased. Thanks again Marc for a delightful, enjoyable and most importantly, a comfortable stay.

Niagara Falls
We have visited Niagara Falls numerous and always had stayed at a large hotel. Due to the high price the hotels were charging for parking, let alone the room we decided to look at a rental and came across this great rental!! The parking was free and off street next to the house. When we arrived, we were greeted by Mark and Monica. Monica gave us a tour of the second floor where we would be staying. What a great place!! Even provided food for breakfast which lasted the two of us almost the entire 5 day stay. The house was immaculate. It had been recently totally remodeled (by Mark and his son who are in the renovation business). Everything was 5 star. We also enjoyed having a fire in the back yard at night. And one big added plus is that the rental is only 3 houses from a WEGO stop for both south and north bound. What a great way to see the falls and avoid the traffic and parking. Overall this is a 5 star plus location!!!!

Amazing property with fabulous hosts
This property is a beautiful spacious home in an excellent location. The falls are walking distance, as are shops, restaurants and many of the tourist attractions. It’s peaceful and quiet at night, and the beds are very comfortable. Mark and Monica were welcoming and accommodating. We really appreciated having the fridge stocked with breakfast items. Five stars! Would recommend. 😊

Clean, quiet, classy!
We have stayed at rental vacation homes dozens of times across the USA. This home takes the cake. Clean, updated, classy, quiet. Not a piece of dust to be found. Separate entrance from the owners. Backyard for the kids to run. Helpful & friendly hosts. One of the Niagra parks staff members asked us where we were staying & she was intrigued because she said she’s been admiring the home for years & wondered what it looked like inside. Thank you for the stay Mark & Monica!

A gem in Niagara Falls, ON
I spent my birthday week in Niagara Falls, ON and was fortunate to have stayed at this property. Mark, the owner, is a great host. I was scheduled to arrive early and since Mark and his wife had some plans that night, we agreed that I could come by early. Mark was very responsive to all my messages. He even gifted me a bottle of wine for my birthday; that was a warm and generous gesture! The property is kept so well — very clean, cozy, and has most of the things that you are looking for in a vacation rental. If you plan to take the WEGO bus, the bus stop is just about four houses away. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and I spent my mornings taking a walk by the river to Niagara Falls Park. I highly recommend this property and would definitely try to book this property again when I visit Niagara Falls!

Everything and more!
We totally enjoyed this house! The owner’s hospitality was outstanding. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The house was spotless and had everything any one would need from kitchen utensils to laundry detergent. It was across from the river and accessible to everything. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
